Like everyone else has said, they never answer the phone or respond to voicemails. Just tried calling again and their voicemail box is full. It’s been three weeks I have been trying to get a prescription. Ridiculous.

I wish I could give them a zero. Good luck calling them. Called off and on for almost 2 weeks and can’t get ahold of them, and they have the audacity to send a text message to call them regarding prescription like I’m not actively trying to get the issue resolved. Trash.

I didn’t realize how rude they could be, I held my tongue for years. To promote how helpful you are, antagonize and belittle the customer on the phone is highly unprofessional. Should have sought out a way to resolve the situation. Please learn to do your job, customer service with a smile.
