unbelievable and amazing. the BEST anime store I've ever been to. on top of the huge selection, the staff were wonderful. the young woman who helped me was charming, knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me. she showed me tons of options and was very helpful at finding the right size and price point for our needs. do not waste time going to other so called anime stores in Oahu because you will find all you could dream of in this incredible store. Mahalo.

I was so excited to see a shop like MiniQ here in Pearlridge because we don't have anything like this in Utah! They have a vast amount of anime collectables to sift through. I'm pretty sure I spent an hour in here the first time I came (yes, we did a second visit before I left because... BLIND BAGS). They have an entire wall full of blind bags at different prices. Nendos, look ups, figures, plushies, keychains, stickers, you name it, they have it. They are a little bit on the pricier side from what I've noticed price wise, which is why I knocked a star, but you're supporting local and international shipping costs. We bought a bunch of blind bags and they employees were so nice, they wished us good luck LOL I think the owner was the one helping us because he told us that if we wanted something shipped to the mainland, to follow their Instagram and DM them if we wanted to see how much it would cost with shipping. The store has what you need but the price is hefty. 10-20% higher than reseller price. You can find some decent items definitely check it out.

A full selection of Gundam models, which is nice. But the staff kept his eyes on me all the time which makes me extremely uncomfortable.

I love this place. My spouse and I go in here all the time to the point a lot of the workers recognize us. The service here is amazing! Everyone is so nice and friendly. They have a wide selection of gundam and anime figurines. I would highly recommend to anyone interested

I love this place!!!! I got some really great pens! I wanted to get more stuff but I had to hold back for financial reasons. If I had the funds I would have walked out with a lot more stuff. Thank you to my daughter 's friend who showed me this store.

They have a lot of selection, but the mark up for products is 50-100% from retail on most items, either you got the money or just go somewhere else

Had the Worst customer service there. Don’t give good vibes and Not friendly welcoming place! DON’T shop there. Especially, The owner was super rude. Plus, everything is OVERPRICED! Don’t buy it there, buy it online, so much cheaper!

Absolutely amazing shop. After you are tired of the warzone that is Book-off, head here! Lots of selection that's way beyond most shops that only carry bandai or pop-up parade. Friendly employees that seem invested in helping you make your choices. Had a whole conversation with one employee just about what R-18 figures they have and what they recommend while I was making my selections. Which went miles for making me feel safe and comfortable with my purchase. Wish they would find a way to make the prices more visable on some boxes or trinkets though. Sometimes I don't wanna bother the same person 4 times in a row just for another price check. They even offered to ship future orders to me as I live stateside. 10/10 shop, highly recommend if you are an anime fan and visiting O‘ahu/Honolulu.

They always have a good selection of model kits, statues, blind bags, and table top gear. The inventory is constantly rotating so get it while you can. I overheard an employee tell another customer that if you see anything on their social media and message them they can talk to you about paying online and shipping the items. May want to talk to an employee about the exact details. We love MiniQ and always stop by when at Pearlridge.

Cool store, very packed ! This store has lots of anime figures and anime merchandise, they also have cute blind boxes that I love! The store is very packed which is good, so you can always get the things you want. Although it is a bit pricey but nothing to bad. Anyways if you’re thinking about going in, do it!

This place is absolutely amazing. I have been here a few times and the employees are amazing. This evening though. I brought my toddler in with me and she recognized the out tro music for Dr Stone (it's honestly her favorite show). She started crying because she couldn't see it playing anywhere. One of the employees came over to see what was wrong and I explained it to them. She helped me out (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) and told me that they have the little mystery boxes of the characters. She took us over and I got two boxes. My daughter left extremely happy with a Gen. I do hope that more Dr Stone merchandise will come to the store. I will be more than happy to buy some from MiniQ!
