Had the most awful experience with Roxanne the store manager over buying bags... on October 22 2025. I went in and there were two women working one of which was Roxanne and only two guest that were browsing the collection. I let her know I just wanted to buy 2 bags for my girlfriend's birthday and she said I needed to wait my turn and that their 30 cents. It's not my first time in Hawaii I know bags cost but she continued to stand there unoccupied until l picked up a bag off of the counter directly infront of me. She snapped and yelled at me claiming I went behind the counter when I absolutely did not and proceeded to yell at me and snatch them from me. She made it a big deal and embarrassed me then encouraged other customers to join in. So there I am being yelled at by 2 white women who work there and one other woman browsing jewelry over bags… I still can’t believe it. It tripled my anxiety and made me feel like it’s because what I look like. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Never again.

It’s Black Friday and I put my name on the wait list and when they called my name they let some random lady take my spot after I was waiting for 30 mins

I went in knowing what I wanted and was able to get majority everything in stock! Nicole was helpful, patient, informative, and sweet. I highly recommend going when the have the bracelet for free deal when purchasing a certain amount. I was able to get my necklace, 2 bracelets, and 4 charms.

I enjoy completing Pandora bracelets with many different themes, but my favorite are my travel bracelets. I came into this store to purchase a charm or two or three to represent this trip to Hawaii and left the store with nothing. Although I picked out what I wanted, the sales associate didn't sell it to me. When I asked about completing my purchase, she replied, "oh, did you want to buy something?" I replied, "it's okay...thank you" and left. I'm not sure how one is disregarded during the completion of a sale after picking out the planned purchase.

Pandora At pearlridge and waikele is a disappointment!!!!! They need to know their policies and not make people waste their time!!! Not even a week the diamond is gone already! what a waste of money!!!

Placed an online order for pick up and didn't hear any information on if it was ready for pick up (double checked my emails, spam folder, etc) called a couple days later to see if it was ready for pick up and the woman on the other line was very rude saying they don't call when it's ready and that I should have gotten an email. I confirmed with her I didn't get an email and she became condescending saying "it helps if you check your spam and refresh your email" like I don't know how to use my email? And states I need to pick it up today or it'll go back on stock.
Get to the store to pick up my order where one employee is helping a customer (the only customer) and the other women (assuming the one on the phone) comes out from the back room and goes to talk to the same customers the other employee is helping with. Wait 20 minutes for one of them to acknowledge me but nope. Another customer comes into the store another 10 minutes later and the older women (who isn't doing anything by the way just talking storynto the customers wife) turns back and says "we will be with you shortly" FORTY MINUTES LATER. Finally the customer before pays and I say I'm here for a pick up and before I could finish my sentence she just yells "someone will be with your shortly"
Literally I just needed to pick up my order and should have only taken 5 minutes at the most took over an hour to PICK UP

Customer service is terrible. You can go in and look at everything and you can even stay 30 minutes waiting to be served and no one even says good morning to you.

Today I went into pandora with my boyfriend. We patiently waited while the ladies working assisted other customers. When it was our turn to be helped, the lady showed us everything we wanted to see and helped me get the proper sizing. She recommended so many beautiful rings and different combinations. Her customer service was awesome and we ended up leaving with a very beautiful ring. Thank you for the great service!

COVID precautions are not excessive (sign in and wait for your name to be called, to enter).The sales reps were very friendly and provided great assistance. Ask about any discounts you are used to receiving before you swipe your card‼️ My associate was nice enough to inform me of the discount for my next purchase.

We always shop here. We buy our mom Pandora for EVERY occasion and both her and my other half has their Credit card. For all the times we go, we always end up with someone with a great customer service. But today, their sales lead (Shayde?) didn’t really give us that. My other half was there first. He said he felt like he was being rush. Then when I came in I felt the same. & her voice kinda give me the irritated attitude. At some point she even slammed the door on the cabinets… Yeah you close at 6:00 but we were in that long list way before that. ??♀️

The pandemic has caused a lot of stock shortages in this store (as well as with other stores, and not just Pandora's). So when I went in and asked for Hawaii themed charms to buy for the wife, all this store could afford me was the three bottom rows of a display case - which was 2/3 empty! And half of what was left was for Christmas as well. Maybe next time, I'll be lucky enough to visit when items have been restocked...
