Bought a pinky signet ring from uncle. He said free resizing for life. So I asked him how do you make money. He said he takes care of customers. In this day and age; it is important to treat your customers fairly. Uncle is still working hard, loves his job and is apparent he loves his customers. If you are in the market for jewelry, I cannot recommend this shop enough. They will take care of you, answer any questions and make sure you love your product!

PLEASE GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BUY GOLD! My boyfriend, mom and I walked in and the customer service was exceptional! They have a great selection of pieces and the customer service is amazing. The staff walked us through prices, aftercare, and so much more! Anytime I'm looking for new pieces, I'm coming here!

This guy always give excuses that it will be done next week. And after 8 month I've had enough and so I complained to him and he finally work on my watch but he ended up breaking my glass and he didn't give any apologies but complain to me that the watch is small so its hard to fix. So what am I supposed to do? He won't even pay the full price of what he broke. I hope karma gets u for the mental stress u put me on for 8 month.

Mr. Ambruster and his team were so kind when I walked in seeing if a ring could be readjusted. The design was pinching my finger and he made some small adjustments on the spot. The piece is now so much more comfortable (excited to wear every day!) and refused my offer for more payment. Quality service and great skill--I will certainly be coming back!!!
