I don't recommend them. Spent over $1100 on upgrades to a store bought gaming desktop PC and it has been nothing but problems since then. I brought my store bought gaming desktop PC to them to see if anything could be done for the excessive fan noise. To solve this they recommended replacing the case and installing a water cooler. Additionally, they recommended replacing the RAM to ensure it was running efficiently. Essentially, the only items that weren't replaced were the motherboard and video card. Over $1100 and about a month later, my fan noise was back with all the new parts and them "optimizing" the system. Ended up having to bring it back to them to look at it just to have the owner say I might have to pay for another diagnosis fee depending on what they find. At this time, he mentioned noticing the PC had been updated to Windows 11 where he then stated that their systems are meant to run on Windows 10. This was the first time hearing about this and if I had known I likely wouldn't have opted to having the initial work done as I eventually intended to convert this PC into a work PC. After a LONG unhappy conversation, he took my PC in and about a week later said the issue had been resolved as the fan configs had to be redone. Now about 2-3 months later, my fans started acting up again but after doing the steps he recommended if the problem ever resurfaced, I started getting a CPU Fan error at startup and it wouldn't move pass that screen. To get around that I had to disable the CPU fan monitoring and am now waiting for them to call me so I can bring in my PC to get checked out again.

Everyone is very helpful! I love the build they did, not too pricey for having a pc built instead of doing it yourself. They got it built pretty quickly as well! And the tech support they offer through Team Viewer is awesome too

Absolutely loved the customer service from PC Gamerz. My husband wanted to set up a Gaming computer for me, and was interested in a professional to put it together. We dropped off all the parts and within a day it was ready to go! I've had no issues with my computer whatsoever

Excellent friendly customer service! My PC wasn’t able to boot up Windows which ultimately was caused by a failed SSD and some pretty bad overheating. Roice, the technician who worked with me, quickly got to work and fixed it up for me by the end of the day with a new SSD and Cooler unit. Unfortunately the data on the old ssd couldn’t be recovered (which is definitely not their fault), but I’m still really satisfied with these essential upgrades.

Wow! All I can say is I really feel the aloha spirit here! Roice was professional and super knowledgeable. He literally fixed my pc within 10 minutes on a complicated GPU issue. He proceeded to break down every possible solution for me with ease and clear language. He never once made me feel like he was trying to sell me a product but more so wanted to really help me. Will be coming back here again!

Brought in my dead computer, and naturally they told me to just replace with one of theirs. The list of issues I have with my new PC just keeps growing and growing. Wish I'd never come here.

I had an issue with my gaming laptop. My laptop turns on, but the screen remained black. However, when I connect it to a monitor with my HDMI I can still see the desktop on my monitor. I watched a few YouTube videos and some videos said all you had to do was clean out the RAM card or keyboard. I’m not computer savvy so I brought it in to see if they can open my laptop and clean it for me. The guy at the counter told me that the screen is damage and has to be replace. He said the store can order a replacement screen for $250 and it’ll take about 10 days for it to arrive. I asked if he can at least try to clean it, but he still says that the screen is damage and there’s no point in cleaning it. I told him I’ll sleep on it and come back if I want them to order me a new screen or if I’ll just upgrade my gaming laptop for a new one. He then proceed to try and sell me a gaming PC, but I told him I prefer a laptop because I can take it with me on deployments. I decided to open and clean my laptop when I got home and what do you know. The screen is working again.

Brought my PC to be fixed after it was dropped during a move, they took a week to tell me what was wrong with my PC, they stated my PC has “poor Airflow” I never had any issues with it overheating or excessive fan running. The only broken components was the Power Supply Unit. They told me they would not replace the PSU, a at most 100-120 dollar fix minus labor unless I did an entire soft rebuild which would cost me 1000 dollars more then I originally payed for the setup. Every other PC shop in the area gavema 250 dollar price based o locations assessment. Prior to this i explicitly stated to the worked I DID NOT WANT THE CASE REPLACED. It would have been acceptable to turn me away at that point if they didn’t want to do the repairs. When I came in the worker was extremely rude and kinda antisocial, wasn’t a very hopeful environment, just his attitude didn’t make me feel confident in his ability to fix the PC. I’ve worked in customer service for many many years as a auto mechanic, so I’m not unfamiliar with the demands of repairing someone else’s mess. I haven’t picked up my PC yet so they still have the opportunity to make this right but until then the review stays. As it is.Edit: after speaking with the manger he agreed to do the repairs and got it done in a quick amount of time, the manager explained the employee was new and under training and he got me my PC fixed at a affordable price, probably about 100-120 dollars over the price of the component so I think it was fair for the time it probably took to replace and evaluate the issue. I haven’t used it yet but my wife told me she saw it running on pick up so I’m editing the review.

My cousin recommended me this place back then when PCgamerz used to have their esports cafe in Aiea and we played some smash bros together. I decided to build my own custom PC and the work staff was really chill about the procedure. Even the PCs that they showcase in their store is pretty cool. And their customer service is good too if you are having PC problems or just need some advice. The whole staff is so friendly that you feel like you are welcome to their place at anytime. I would recommend this place if you ever want a top notch PC that looks awesome. ?

Bought my 3080TI from them at the old location for pretty much MSRP. Went to look for a new 4000 series card and it looks like they are now scalping prices. Can't review their builds, but it just seems like they over price everything now.
