I moved here in March of this year from Hilo and have had nothing but excellent interactions with your staff and one person in particular has been just outstanding. Deenie is so helpful and patient and walked me through the process. It is hard to find great employees with exceptional customer service and you found one in Deenie. I would recommend your storage space to all my friends and family.

I made an online reservation to move in today. I arrived a minute before 6pm (forgot glasses and kept missing my exits) and expected the office to be closed. Ms. Hau was still in and stayed to help me get my account set up as I couldn't pay online. She showed me to my unit and left once I was good to go. She was kind, friendly and I am grateful she was in to help me out 🙏

Moving is one of the most difficult times for individuals! Deenie ,at your halawa location , made my last minute move smooth and seem less .
Even when moving in on a holiday , September 1st , she was on site helping me through my on line reservation .

Deenie was such a beautiful person to meet and took us to see the unit under the weather getting wet and still with a smile on her face. She made us feel welcome in a process of moving things last minute which can be stressful. The Aloha in her , treating us like OHANA , very professional something that has been getting loss in customer service these days, this amazing woman still lives by it and we are beyond grateful. She left a mark in our hearts for sure! A good one 🩵

I want to say Deenie was amazing in helping us get set up in our storage unit. We had a hard time trying to get things set up online, but she helped us out throughout the process. She showed the true aloha spirit in welcoming us there. If you ever need to find a storage unit with great customer service and someone who exemplifies the true aloha spirit, go see aunty Deenie!!!! She is the best!!!!

This storage facility is the best one I've ever dealt with, and I've used a lot over the years.
Recently, I mistakenly locked my unit in an improper manner and anyone could've opened it and taken whatever out of it. I was notified that it happened and the person at the desk (Haulani) notified me of my mishap. I was unable to get back to the property in time before they closed for the day, so she assured me that she would secure my unit and I could come the following day to properly fix the lock. Everything was successful and my unit was undisturbed.
I thank the Public Storage personnel for taking pride in DOING THEIR JOB!!!!
