If you need feet heaven for hard working men and women of the different trades in construction, WELCOME TO RED WINGS. FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF, THE GM ASSISTED ME AND SHE WAS A 10/10 5★★★★★'S. They scan your feet, check your pressure points on your soles of your feet. Take that info that they also email to you and this collected info is used to find the customer a perfect match fitted. Don't forget the Orthotics inserts upgrade.

It just so happen that I noticed the sole had ripped off from one of my boots. I was just given a boot voucher for RedWing the day prior. I went to my local store with a particular shoe in mind. Although they didn’t have the particular color I was looking for initially, they did have another color I was happy with. Within a matter of 5-10 minutes I was in and out with the correct size.

Service was quick, professional and with lots of expertise. The store was packed on a Friday morning. I bought my very first pair of safety shoes, which I never thought I would do. Young guy with glasses was top notched. No name.

Sales associate did not assist in suggesting alternatives. He was pleasant and accomodating but did not try to do any extra or upsell. It was busy when we came in.
