They made several errors on my returns. Furthermore, after i pointed out their mistakes, they said they would contact their supervisor and contact me. They have not contacted me yet. DO NOT use their service!

Have had my taxes done by Jackson Hewitt tax professional Pauline Mitchell for many years now. Their tax specialists have always been helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all of my inquiries. My completed tax returns are always explained to me in simple layman terms. Each year my visits to their offices, my tax forms have been successfully completed without any problems. I'm in and out of their offices in just fifteen minutes. Am a thoroughly satisfied customer each and every time. Always looking forward to having my taxes done by them each year. Jackson Hewitt Tax Service are just that - a complete professional tax service company.

Made an appointment with Jackson Hewitt 2 days before I went in online no hassle. I worked with William today and he was very friendly and got my taxes done sufficiently and explained everything I needed to know. He also went into depth on what I could do going forward for me to get a better tax return next year which I appreciated because I don't really know much about these things. The only issue we had was with the computers because it took awhile to retrieve my documents.

Definitely a great place to have your tax return to be done at. My tax preparer Pauline Mitchell is very reliable, efficient and knowledgeable in her tax expertise. While doing my taxes, she always explains every detail regarding my tax experience. Have been going to Jackson Hewitt Tax Services in Hawaii for several years now and have never been disappointed.

I like going to Jackson Hewitt Tax Service cause of their awesome service. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Easy to talk too and great customer service. I go to them every year and I never got disappointed.

Worst tax experience I have ever had! Rick is not knowledgable on many tax subjects even though he claimed to be. I am retired military and my husband is an active duty soldier. He initially stated he would do my taxes for $250.00 maybe a little more because of my investment accounts. He than notified five days later that my tax preparation fee would be $600.00. When I told him I would not pay that amount and I was coming to get my paperwork, he got very angry. He refused to let me have my tax documents back until I paid him. I refused to carry on the conversation with him and hung up. He called back 30 minutes later and agreed to a price of 300.00. I paid him and told him not to efile until I reviewed his work. I than took my taxes to HR block for a second look and with the same paperwork I gave Rick, I ended up paying 1250.00 dollars less than his work said I needed to. Rick tax service was the worst tax experience of my life!! Do not use his services!!!
