As a previous poster warned, just know that you are paying an extra 15% for “Supply Chain Adjustment”. I was confused as to how my two slices of pizza came out to almost $18. I asked about it and she said “it doesn’t include taxes and fees”. I selected to print my receipt so I could double check and sure enough there was an added charge for who knows what. I asked the worker what the charge was for and she basically described just overhead costs of running a business. I told her they shouldn’t be charging customers this extra fee in this way and why not just increase the price of menu items so we know upfront what we are paying. She said “that’s why we have our sign” and pointed at the counter below me where my bag was sitting. I moved it out of the way to read the sign (posted by one of the other reviewers).TIP FOR OWNER: to prevent upset customers, put sign somewhere visible to customer BEFORE they order and state it’s an extra 15%. Personally I think you should raise your prices and skip the explanation/conversation all together. Not informing your customer till the very end when ringing them up leaves the impression of shady business tryna sneak in unknown charges. We enjoy their pizza but honestly the interaction left me with distaste for the company and not sure we’ll be back.

Beware, they have a "Supply Chain Adjustment" fee of 15%! That's ridiculous....just raise your prices, so we see what we're paying. Don't have a "hidden fee" that you get surprised with when your total comes up. Then it's awkward to ask if the price is correct. They have a sign, but it doesn't say what percent and 15% is crazy high. Service and food was good though.

Sneaky business practices! Price advertised is $15.88 for a Stromboli combo, to my surprise my total came out to $18.22. I asked the cashier why it was so expensive, she said "tax." SMH. I will NEVER support a business that does shady business practices by not advertising before you order that they tack on an extra 10% fee. ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS! BEWARE

This review is for the Kapolei location. They charged me a 10% supply chain adjustment. No one could tell me what it was for. Also the slices are so small now. Won't go back until they get rid of the 10% upcharge.

Came in a little before closing and was greeted by Jash.. she rushed over and helped us when we were at the counter looking at what we wanted. Her customer service was excellent and she was very polite and welcoming. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Jash????

Located in the food court near the movie theaters at Pearleidge. Good portions and prices are reasonable. My kids always get a cheese pizza and the Mac N cheese. The Mac n cheese is really good, white cheddar! I order a spinach Stromboli which is huge and super satisfying.

Employees look like they really don't like their job. Food looks like it's been sitting under the warmer for a while. My son was very disappointed in the quality of their pepperoni pizza

First off, the two young men working 7/12/23 between 545-600p provided good customer service today. My issue is with upper management. Why wasn't my fifty dollar bill accepted? It is legal US tender. My total was $53.48. I handed employee a fifty, three ones and two quarters. I have to add that there is a sign stating that they don't accept any bills over twenty taped on the register, but like I mentioned earlier, its legal US tender. Isn't a business establishment supposed to take it? Doesn't make sense.

Gave the 1 rating for the front of house server's, tall male and shorter female providing good service with professionalism. I stopped buying food here about 3 years ago after watching the balding older guy take his thumb out of a pan of food he placed in the window then shook the food off his thumb back into the pan. Yep But so few choices at the food court above Longs Drugs I chose to try Sbarro Pearlridge one more time. Duh The spaghetti with meatballs AWFUL. Sauce is from canned tomatoes mostly water zero seasoning, no garlic basil nothing, just watery red gunk. Of course meatballs from a frozen box. There were no condiments of cheese or peppers. What a waste of time and money, $12.00. RIP

Well the food is decent the vegetables were spicy. The spaghetti and marinara was ok the sauce was delicious. Now the chicken wings were my favorite thing well seasoned, and moist bbq or Buffalo sauce.

I decided to live dangerously and fill my arteries with some cholesterol, artery filling food while shopping and visiting Santa. You only live once, but as long as you do not eat it all the time you can indulge once in a while. The food was good and the service was great.

I'm so disappointed at the Pearl ridge location, not only did my pasta have little to No taste, but the workers is slow and rude! I bought pasta, salad, and a drink all alacarte, and got NO FREE REFILL! Even though I ate right in front of them. they don't have anything posted up that said no free refills and the worker didnt tell me anything til after she had to ask someone else. I asked for a complimentary water which the other rude worker snapped back saying they have that but they charge?? That means it's not complimentary and you Don't have Complimentary Water! They were so rude. But least the Caesar dressing was good
