After scheduling a washer repair appointment with Sears, and confirming several times via SMG and phone, and being told to be available from 0800-1700, I got a call from Sears at about 1015 saying they were not coming, and the next available repair appointment was over a month away in December. UNREAL TERRIBLE SERVICE. Small wonder they going broke.

I needed repair on my washer. The detergent dispenser was not draining completely. Kenneth did a diagnostic test on my LG washer. Everything is working properly. A little water & detergent in the dispenser that is not completely drained after every wash is normal. I was completely relieved and satisfied.Kenneth was very professional and courteous.

Excellent Service, great work ethic, got to work immediately. Ran some tests and found a problem with one part and replaced. He also mentioned to check for leaks and call back if any trouble with washer. The service plan works great, one time deductible, parts and labor were covered. Saves time and money with our aging appliances. Thank you again Kaiku.

I had maintenance done on my refrigerator. Donald did a really good job checking everything! I highly recommend Donald for the job because he gave stellar service and it shows he cares!

The technician came to replace the housing for the filter in my dryer. She was very friendly and professional. She answered my questions without hesitation which showed that she was very knowledgeable about the appliance.The work involved removing the front of the dryer. I'm very happy that I purchased the master service agreement because the cost for parts and labor were covered.

Kai was well trained and efficient with a sense of humor too! My dryer was not heating and he knew exactly what to do! He was in and out in less than an hour and i was up and running! The Sears program gives us peace of mind and is worth every dime! But the process of booking the technician was confusing. I think i was almost highjacked by a competitor so i advise caution.

The repair persons have come to fix our washer 4 times, and it is still not repaired. They keep saying I need to order another part, which takes another two weeks to get a return visit. We have been without a washer for over a month. They do not have a direct line to a manager or someone in charge. We are waiting for the manager to call us.

I would give 5 stars but it took 3 visits to get our dishwasher repaired with 3 different techs. Personally, I prefer whoever starts the job to finish the job. It's just easier on the communication part and doesn't require me to explain anything to subsequent techs.The reason for the three visits, the first tech didn't order all the required parts, a key part too, one of the hoses for the dishwasher. Our hose was clogged and was preventing the dishwasher from draining. This may have been the main culprit regarding our problem.So, although it took 3 visits, all the techs were very good, professional and personable.

Sears has extremely poor customer service. I have no gripes with the service technician, Ray was wonderful. The problem is when the part is ordered and they say it is mailed to your house. The part fails to arrive before the next scheduled appointment which is 2 weeks later, now you are canceled and rescheduled for another 2 weeks down the line. Again the part doesn't arrive, but I got the tracking number from Ray. I call UPS who says they have already transferred 1 package to USPS and it will be delivered before the scheduled date. Problem is the other package, you need to contact Sears. The parcel is missing. 2 hours later and Sears refuses to find the parcel UPS is talking about. They don't want to hear UPS is saying the parcel is missing. Sears wants to wait. Hell no, I get on that phone and start calling locally to find that part. I find the part, but Sears technician is not allowed to install a part purchased by the home owner. Ray secures all the parts for the repair locally and makes the fix. The missing parcel would have cause another rescheduled appointment. Of course Sears is on it (just me being sarcastic), they call me after the repair appointment to tell me that the repair appointment is scheduled for tomorrow x2. The 1st parcel with parts arrived before the appointment, but was damaged. Lucky for me, Ray was supportive and I knew from experience having waited over 3 months for a water heater repair under warranty. Sears needs to take care of business. Parts need to arrive on time and without damage. Reminder calls need to be made the day before the appointment and not the day after. Ray the technician was wonderful! Sears you suck big time no changes in all these years. That is the main reason for canceling my Home service contract. Not paying for this kind of service.
