Waited about 30 minutes for shoes. No one ever came back.
-Employee was in the back vaping.
-Questionable music blasting through the speakers as well.
-Would never come back here.

Staff not helpful they give wrong shoes when I request a size or don’t even look for other size.

Super rude staff, never offered to help me. Then when I went to ask for help on a shoe, the lady gave me an attitude when saying they didn’t have those sizes in mens.

This store switched the merchandise I had selected at checkout and refused to exchange it for the shirt I intended to buy. The male clerk was visibly confused during my checkout process which most likely led to this mistake occurring.

When we got there they were busy. The staff were friendly and they were very kind. We was able to find my son's 2 pairs of Nike shoe. One of the school we tried looked little funny because in front of the shoe looked dented. So I asked for different pair and this time the shoe had oil marks. So I asked for another pair and each time I asked they were so friendly and very understanding.. They had some sales but not the shoe my son wanted. He was very happy with his shoe. That's all matter's to me. This was good experience for me and my son. The associate hook us up with water proof and cleaner for $5.00 each.. I think that's good deal.. If you are looking for shoe check out this place..

Amazing and extremely friendly employees. I highly rate it at Shoe Palace Pearlridge. As soon as you walk through those doors you're greeted by helpful and nice employees. Everything is neat and organised from the shelves to the floors.

Love the fact that every time I come in it is always neat and clean. I don't know how to pronounce his name, but I might've heard Rogan or logan, he made sure I was happy with my purchases and all while helping my indecisive a** he managed to help others out. this guy Denis made sure Logan was okay too, I talked to him for a bit while waiting for my shoes. Very nice people!

Great service and such friendly employees! I've been here multiple times and the employees here always make sure everyone in the store is well taken care of. I also noticed they do a great job of keeping the store clean and socially distanced ever since the pandemic started.
