I did my tattoo here with @beautybyjuliarae and it was perfect! It was super easy to make an appointment with her, she was great at communicating and she was such a fun person to talk story with while getting my tattoo done!

Absolutely love Anna and all the girls at skinlab. They made me feel so comfortable, they are so skilled and professional but also so sweet and funny.
Anna tattooed my eyebrows and did an amazing job. The shape and color is perfect, they are natural looking just like I asked for but still enough to not have to fill in my eyebrows anymore. I’m obsessed.
Highly recommend this place!

I always book my appointments with KYLIE! She always makes me feel & look good. KYLIE always does my lashes & she's the only person I trust doing my lashes because she does them to my liking & trust you'll leave the store looking good! I went to Anna to get my eyebrows done and she did an incredible job. First off, the salon is clean, modern, and really nice. I got a lamination and tint. Not only do my brows look amazing, but Anna is the sweetest and most knowledgeable person. I love this place. They offer a variety of treatments. I'm going to get all my lasers and lip blushing done here too now. Mahalo Skinlabhi and Anna! See you soon!

I never leave reviews but I feel I have to in this case to prevent this from happening to anyone else. I went in for the IPL spot treatment to lighten brown spots on my face. It seemed as if everything went okay during it. Right after, it started to hurt but I figured that was normal. I went to the food court to eat after with my dad who then pointed out my face started to blister. The pain started to intensify increasingly fast as the blister grew. I called them to let them know and sent a photo to show what was happening. I was told that was normal and to put ointment on it and it should heal within 2-3 days. By that afternoon, the blisters started to burst on its own and my face was constantly dripping in liquid. The next day, more blisters formed and it just kept getting worse. My skin felt super thick, like leather which was alarming to me, especially since it was my skin that was perfectly fine, not the brown spots. Apparently the laser targeted my brown spots AND the surrounding area which was where the blistering occurred. By day 4, it only got worse to where I felt I needed to be seen by a doctor. Luckily, my dermatologist was able to see me and basically said that the laser was way too strong and burned through multiple layers of my skin, hence the burn blisters that formed. She said it'll take around 3 months to fully heal and hopefully not scar. I'm on prescription ointment to help with the constant blistering which is extremely upsetting as my face now looks 10x worse than when I went in, and I'm hundreds of dollars out now for the deem appointment and medications. My husband and I never had wedding photos done so for our 10 year anniversary next month, we were going to do that but now that has to be cancelled. I just want others to be aware of complications that can happen.

I surprisingly enjoyed my experience here and even forgot I was in a busy mall. I received great service and felt very relaxed and pampered. The facial with peel was customized to my skin needs and the teeth whitening service produced nice results. The laser hair removal service could have produced better results, it did not prevent hair growth as good as when I go to an actual dermatologists office for this service but, the great, affordable price makes it good enough for me.I added the oxygen treatment and everything they suggested. Each little added treatment they suggest during your service will cost you! The technician was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I really love the convenient online booking, it's great for last minute people like me. It's not difficult to get a next day appointment.

I started going to Skinlab after walking by their salon in Pearlridge in 2021. The location is convenient. I avoid driving into town as much a possible. I get facials done by Anna and she always takes time to examine my skin and give me recommendations to improve, maintain, and protect it. She also provides a really good facial massage during the service.My family has commented on how my skin texture and clarity has improved since I started going to Skinlab.

If you haven't already please check them out!What I love about Anna is that she will deliver a look I tell you!!!! Idk how in the world she brought my brows back to life from the first session to my second touch up but I love it & I love her!!She will go above & beyond to make sure you're satisfied. Everyone has different skin types and in some rare instances, more than 1 touch up is required (before the recommended usual touch up). *im not an esthetician nor a pmu artist, just did some research & got educated by the pros.It's conveniently located at Pearlridge (upstairs Macy's side, next to LensCrafters) they offer so many other skin services. Plus military discount!Good vibe, clean, professional & reasonably priced.

Such a cute & extremely clean place! Received eye brow threading by Anna and loved it. She was very sweet and checked in w/me multiple times before removing some hairs because I let her know I wanted to keep full brows just a clean up. She kept my shape and finished off by tweezing the stragglers. My eye brows were left crisp and clean! She was awesome and I enjoyed everything about the service. I will be back and will definitely try some of the facial services!

Skin Lab Hawaii is a brand new local business located in Pearlridge Center 2nd floor next to Macy's. Only been open for a few months already, I'm now trying them out for my first time. I was introduced to Anna through a friend who also works in the beauty industry. They offer procedures such as facials, waxing, lash extensions, and body contouring. Today I went in for a Dermaplaning facial. What it does is promotes smoother skin, removing dead skin cells, reduces the appearance of acne scars, diminishes the look of fine lines and works on all skin types. There are a few private and cozy rooms as well as other lounge chairs in the common area. I had the chance to relax with comfort in a room tucked away from the busy mall entrance. Room was lit with dim lighting, spa music being played to the sound of a piano playing top 40 music, and a comfortable spa bed to to keep you warm and snug. My facial included cleansing, exfoliating, extracting, face and arm massage, and just about everything that an experienced esthetician provides to making you look your best. I completely felt at home, safe with strict covid practices, and comfortable knowing that my face is in the hands of a professional who has been doing this for years.
