Customer service is excellent. Ryu is a very nice n helpful guy. I bought nitro gas for my rc truck. Without having to ask, Ryu explain to me about the difference between the nitro gases. I didn't let him know that even if I already knew what he was talking about, it showed what an excellent customer service.

The Hobby Company is a awesome hobby shop with great customer that can meet everyone’s needs. The model rocket section is superior to most other stores I’ve visited in the last decade and Joe was a huge help in getting my son’s science project off of the ground—literally! He even went above and beyond and met us at the launch site—many thanks Joe! I definitely recommend a visit and I will continue to shop at The Hobby Company while residing on Oahu.K. French

Cool little hobby store. I went in for some models for my brother and sister. The selection is pretty good and everything Is good quality. There are rockets, RC cars, painting stuff and a bunch of small stuff you don't find at the bigger box stores. My brother did have an issue with a missing part in his model and the shop replaced it right away. Just wish the place had more stones and RC planes. I am sure they could order whatever I dreamt up.

Great selection of plastic model cars, trucks, planes. If you're looking for RC batteries like 3s, 4S, you're better off going to the other local shops. RC's are extremely overpriced. Futaba receivers are really overpriced. I would suggest searching for other local hobby shops when looking for RC products. For just models, it's alright, but even so, it's slightly expensive.

Went there inquiring about Kyosho Mini-Z parts. Got a silent head shake. RUDE! "We had one 5 years ago and it sat on the shelf for years until we discounted it so no we don't carry it ". A simple no would've sufficed.
