I just moved away from Hawaii and my all time favorite TJ Maxx was this one. It was my daily routine to go after a stressful day at work and shop, everyone there was so nice and would also start conversations with me and the store is big with a lot of items to choose from

Love TJ Maxx. They have better quality than the other discount stores. Good selection of linen, cotton and natural fabric mixes, I always find items I want to purchase. Same is true for the home store selections -and try looking through the food items I always find speciality food like wheat free and low sugar jam.
This branch at Pearl Ridge in not my favorite as it’s crowded, but the cashiers manager to keep the lines moving regardless. Go Shop

I was no able to buy something because the men section has limited selection of shirts abd polo, only the women section has a wide variety to choose from.

We come to the mall often and like to walk through TjMaxx for their baby section. I found a really cute 3 piece set for my toddler and when I went to check out the cashier took the hanger connecting the extra shirt apart and gave it to another lady. I asked her where they were going with it and she stated there’s no tag so I told her “yes that’s bc it’s a 3 piece set with the one you took it apart from” she went to ask for it back and the lady got all sassy saying it’s a 2 piece set and literally pulled apart the set counting it out loud “ONE, TWO” with attitude. So I told the cashier, it belongs together the sticker says it in the clothes and if they want I could get another one on the rack bc there were a few. So they had someone check and came with another set exactly the same with THREE pieces bc the lady who was the “COORDINATOR” named Jennifer made it seemed as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I didn’t appreciate the way she approached my situation and the fact that I SEEN her have an attitude about it upset me most!!! So with that being said I will say my experience tonight was the WORST!!!! Customer service was so horrible bc of Jennifer! And if she is in management then what a POOR way to represent this store!!!
