“Safety inspection expires at the end of 3/26. A safety inspection at my usual service station determined that my parking brake was not holding when engaged. I drove to Starkey’s to see if it could be fixed and accommodated that day. They were busy and full and could have easily turned me away. Good customer relations! They were understanding and told me to bring my truck in 2 days before 9 am. I was accommodated and Brian kept me in the loop and got it fixed to pass my safety inspection……Mahalo Starkey’s”

“Never thought I ever needed to call a tow company for service, but here I am writing this review for this amazing business.My husband unfortunately locked himself out of his Toyota Celsior while I was at work. I don't have his spare key as it was in the house, which my husband couldn't access since he locked his car keys and house keys in the trunk along with his phone. Long story short, he was able to call me (via his earphones and google assistant) to tell me that he locked his keys in his car, but I couldn't call him back.I first tried Triple A, but they couldn't help me since I wasn't physically with my husband. So I got on Yelp and looked up Tow Businesses near our place. Tow Star Towing & Recovery was the first 5-star listing I saw with a super close distance to our house.I immediately called the number listed, and Wahren answered super quickly. It was my first time calling a tow company, so I was pretty nervous; however, Wahren was super easygoing and didn't make me feel nervous at all.Wahren told me that he provides a lockout service for $85. I immediately asked if he could assist my husband, who I assumed was leaving the house and in a rush. (I couldn't confirm with my husband since I couldn't call him back.) Wahren told me yes he can help except he had another appointment and it would be about an hour until he could meet my husband and if it was okay if he could wait that long; however, when I provided Wahren with my address, he told me he could actually squeeze my husband in before his next appointment since he was only 20 mins away. I provided my husband's whereabouts since I assumed he was home, but it was difficult to confirm since Wahren needed a contact number in case he couldn't find my husband. I was able to reach my husband's friend, who could be his point of contact and be there until Wahren showed up.Wahren was able to meet my husband, but unfortunately, he could not unlock the Celsior. Wahren then referred his friend, who is a locksmith, Shaun Henna, Owner of ULTRA Lock & Key. Wahren left, and my husband waited for Shaun.Despite not being able to recover my husband's keys, Wahren was friendly and eager to help and easy to talk to. I really appreciated that he went out of his way to provide a service to my husband, and although it couldn't be done, he still did his best. I hope I never have to call Wahren for a tow, but he will surely be my referral to anyone who needs it. Thanks again, Wahren!”

He waited while they inspected my Jeep on the flatbed then he towed it to from the warehouse to Pier 1. Amazing customer service and would recommend him 100%”

“Hats off to RJ's Towing!!! After calling many tow companies in the Kaneohe and Honolulu area to tow my truck from Heeia/ Kahaluu area to the North shore on a Saturday, late night. Couple companies already gave me the run around telling me they were 30 mins out. Then found out they would get to me in a hour and a half to two hours. Then after 20 min they call back and said the tow truck broke down. SMH!!! Just my luck ķǰ5ķ⁵kk6lĺI was also partially blocking a drive way and part of the main Kamehameha hwy roadway. I started calling other companies and they was all gonna take forever to get to me.
But, when I called RJ's Towing they said they'll get to me in about 45 min. Brah, they text me about 5 min after and said they were coming to me and they was about 25 min out. They soon turned the corner on Kam hwy and lights started glaring and just that brought me relief that they came and never forgot about me and my truck. They were awesome local braddahs. Very chill, they worked fast and professional about how they were gonna strap and move the vehicle.
Just like that we was towing the truck to the Northshore. Price for the tow is on point. If you ask for an invoice or receipt they'll send you a copy either email or Text. These guys are awesome. Hit the up!!! Cause I give them 5 stars. LassssGoooooo...”

“Very experienced! A van was stuck on my steep driveway. Another tow company was called at first; 2 guys worked 5 hours and still couldn't remove the van. Advanced Towing was called at 9pm and in under 10 minutes, the two guys from Advanced got the van out of the difficult postion. It was pinned against a wall and tilted sideways, balancing on 3 wheels. It was no problem for Kenny and Shane! Mahalo nui loa!!!”

“Nothing but good things to share about this company’s service and availability. Got stranded on the way back home from a surf run, and Discount Towing was the only company near Mililani that was willing and able to assist with a flatbed tow on a Sunday night. Took less than an hour for pickup, and my vehicle was securely loaded in just five minutes with a safe drive towards the leeward side. Price seemed reasonable at $225, but it didn’t really matter in any case because no other company could assist with my vehicle in those off-hours. ? Super thankful for the whole team, from dispatch to the driver too, mahalo!”

After my insurance company failed repeatedly to find a tow truck, that review is the one that pushed me to call Transport Oahu. Not only is Charlie helpful he diffused my stress and worry with his compassion and kindness. After some back and forth with our insurance company, and a realization that the mechanic shop did not have overnight parking, we arranged for the tow to happen the following morning (without my insurance covering it). He offered us a Kamaʻāina rate and was able to arrive before our arranged time. He got the car to the shop for the next phase of our car breakdown saga. I highly recommend this tow truck company, they worked with us when our insurance company left us in a lurch. Mahalo Nui Loa, Charlie!”

“I didn't actually get to work with Integrity Towing in the end for my tow request but I had to leave a review just for the excellent communication. I called and my call went to voicemail but in their voicemail message, they gave an option to text. I started to text but got a call back in the middle of my message. The owner was very kind in trying to accomodate my schedule and need to get my vehicle all the way to Ewa from Aiea. In the end, my insurance ended up covering part of the cost of my tow through their service so I didn't end up using Integrity. However just based on their timely response and how easy they were to communicate with and how helpful, I would definitely turn to them first if I needed a tow company in the future!”
