Great locally owned dive boat. Treated us as good as any private dive boat I've been on. Captain Clay tells some bad jokes but he manages to make you laugh. Truly concerned about safety and giving you the most for your money!

loved diving with Bubbles Below. Clay (one of the owners and dive masters) is amazing. such a funny and interesting person. great vibes on the boat and great dives in Kauai! they also go to Ni’ihau so I’d book with them for that.
