“I found it!!! It's really hard to find. I had to ask somebody for help.If you're making a withdrawal, it'll only do it in multiples of $20 with a limit of up to $500.But here are directions with pictures to help everyone who was as lost as me!Directions:-Find the Bank of Hawaii Hale (building)-Use the elevator/stairs to go to the 4th floor-From the 4th floor elevator/stairs area, follow the walkway to the right labelled "460-460"-You'll see double doors labeled "Cafeteria"-Look to the right, and the ATM is located in that alcove!Hope this helps! 1 star off for being very difficult to find for people unfamiliar with the building”

Despite the busy bank customers they were great and helped me communicate with BOH Safeway Keaunui Branch regarding my authorization letter to ship my vehicle. It has been a long process but they assisted and Mary Jane also sent message to Ewa Beach branch about my encounter. Two hrs later I received a call the letter is ready.
