I would say if you want a top and good customer service for auto parts, go to Auto Zone in Ewa Beach. Jordan C installed the battery for my F250 although they don’t normally do installation at that time of the day when I went but he actually helped me out and installed it for me. Thank you, Jordan C!! Grateful and thankful with your good customer service.

Jenny at Ewa Beach location was super helpful. She helped me test a starter that other stores could not test. She later found me a part substitute part for my starter. She was friendly and professional.

Your Ewa store associate Dexter was awesome!! He was extremely helpful and comforting while I frustrated over my car problem. He resolved my car issue in less time than I expected. He is a great associate and asset to your Ewa AutoZone Store.

Store manager Dexter figured out the mystery that Dodge could not. I have a 2010 Dodge challenger right rear cv axle broke Dodge said discontinued but dexter seen that the oem part number for the charger works also.

went to the Ewa Beach Autozone and was greeted and helped by Christopher(Cory P). He helped us get the things we needed for Oil change. He was very friendly and Attentiveness and even walked us to our car. WOW That is what you call great customer service. Expected of how Autozone Employees should service customers. Good Job Cory P!
