First experience here but many in the community have recommended this shop to us. We took one of our rental cars in for a safety check and we had great experience. The owner was really helpful giving us service tips on our vehicles and the girl doing safety was very friendly. Overall, we are happy there is a shop within Ewa Beach to get service to our vehicles

My son dropped off his car to these guys today for a tranmission fluid replacement today. I went down to speak to the girl at the front desk who was really helpful to try to ensure that the work can be completed. 2 hours later I get a phone call that they can't to the transmission fluid replacement cause they scared. Basically..... I came in to be sure the work can be completed. If you guys can't do the service make sure everyone knows. People don't have time to sit around for false promises. Do better or get better. Poor customer service.
Update:
Went down to chat with the boss to find out why he has to get personal and start insulting me. Lol he said because I left a negative post. Basically he said I'm lucky he told me in 2 hours rather then wait the whole day. Then when I asked why did he have to attack me personally and he said because I left a negative review. Even if everything I said was the truth and he said he doesn't have time and walked away while saying leave another review. All good bro I know you think your doing good but like I said all you had to do was apologize that you couldn't do the work instead of giving excuses. I wish you the best nothing I said on my post was a attack to your personally and nothing I said while in conversation was a insult to you personally. You even said I was being whinny... lol again nothing in any of my post was a personal insult. I came down to talk and be real but you walked away. Im always a real one and no i dont struggle in life. All you gotta do is ask they will tell you. I wish you a best ? this is your review you asked for. Feel free to correct me without insults and lies. Other then that best of luck to you and your business.

If you’re doing a safety inspection get here early or you will be waiting…for a WHILE. Although they close at a certain time you still should arrive at least 30-45 minutes before they close and you might be able to get service. The end of the month is the busiest time for them so plan in advance.

Stay away from this shop. Lead mechanic was awful with customer service for a safety inspection. The female inspection person was so nice sucks she had to see her “boss” be rude in front of a calm customer. All because he didn’t want to understand what a simple doctors note for tints were. Stay away from this place!
Update: LOL I WAS HOPING YOU RESPONDED TWITTER FINGERS! IMAGINE actually acting like a 10 year old running a scam central business. It’s actually mind blowing how you’re still afloat. You keep threatening customer on your reviews and you’ll get reported for cyber bullying and BYE BYE to your so called house. It takes one person to take you down. Your workers are great but I can only imagine they’re miserable being in that workplace with your awful and lil guy attitude.
The reason she called me to you was because she wasn’t sure and was willing to help not because she wanted to kick me out. She was great with the help. It only went into trench when we pulled up on you.
OH AND BTW let me know when you got that 1k in cash for me I got my safety inspection because it’s actually legal tint! On second thought you may actually need that cash with the potential legal battle you may face from future customers with you threatening them! Keep that 26 bucks you didn’t refund for me either, it’ll help you out buying a Big Mac for lunch!
Since you don’t like constructive criticism from previous customers here’s one: go sit in the corner of your shop and listen to imagine dragons. Then as your in deep thought imagine dragging a par of nutz across your face because that’s the only piece of advise you’ll need from here on out. I see you talking down on people here lol. You spreading fake aloha out in this area!

Took my car for an oil leak check not to long ago. I knew something with the oil pan was up but i only wanted them to repair that as I can fix the other issues. Had diagnosed told me vvt solenoids were leaking, valve cover, and oil pan. They wanted to charge me $1500 just to fix 3 things. I declined the other services and only wanted the oil pan as i can fix the other issues. Which it still ended up being $600?. Anyways pick up the car drove it home, lord and behold the check engine light comes on. Check the code and it was for THE VVT SOLENOID THAT I DECLINED TO REPLACE!!!! Checked my wires going to it found whoever was working on my car crossed the wire leads going to it, and broke my plastic clip that held it together. Not only that but they said they did an oil change as they changed the oil pan gasket. FAKAS KEPT THE SAME OIL FILTER I HAD FROM BEFORE!!! I replaced the valve cover gasket and solenoids myself but I am still having an oil leak. People don’t trust these dudes maybe except for a safety check. Just learn to work on cars yourself. UPDATE (got 2nd opinion from an another place, he walked me under the lift and showed me exactly where the engine was leaking oil which was not from any of those places that EBAR said was leaking. Was the silicon in the block which would require complete engine tear down and replacement which he was honest with and even told me don’t worry about fixing it.) Honesty goes a long way in auto repair and ewa beach auto repair just doesn’t have it. I guarantee if i approved the other work it would still be leaking and this shop would charge me more to get an engine rebuild.

The bad reviews are real. They are very hard to contact. Took them almost 4 weeks for a one problem. Their door posted "overbooked". Then don't accept more vehicles if you're overbooked. So we can just go to other auto repairs instead of waiting for almost a month for a response.
AND THE WORST PART. One problem turned into thousands of dollars. They kept stating this is broken too, and this needs replacement. Gave the receipt and work done from them to a more competitive mechanic just cause I felt I got duped. He was furious of how much this placed charged me for such simple work.
Edit: Wactch as this business replies with a very unprofessional response. Just like he does with all the other bad reviews.

I was on my way to drop my Mother in law off for a doctor's appointment when I got a flat tire. Thankfully, Ewa Beach Auto Repair was nearby. The staff was awesome, very professional and they assured me everything would be all right. Luckily, they were able to fix the flat tire quickly and at a fair price, getting me back on the road in no time. They saved the day and I was able to get my mom to her appointment on time. Thank you so much.

Went to change my flat tire. When I got there the worker came to my car and took my flat tire out friendly worker . Then i proceeded to the desk. After dropping off my tire 10 minutes when I got home the manager called me and told me that because there was a lot of fix a fat in my tire that is going to cost me $20 more to fix flat so my total cost was $72 to fix my tire.
Always always always always always always do not forget to tell the worker when dropping off a tire. That you have fix a flat in your flat tire.

Ewa Beach Auto Repair was great. Had a broken bolt where the water pump was in my Jeep Wrangler, they were able to get it out and put in my new water pump. This was last minute as a walk in, and they were able to get my safety check done too! Great customer service and did the work fast, very happy with their work and service.
