Dropped off a return just to see it rerouted back to my doorstep. Contacted Fedex customer service and they have not history why? Fed ex bites.

I was a little hesitant to come to this site after reading all of the reviews but my experience was nothing but quick and professional! They scanned the QR code from an email on my phone and printed the label right away. Probably took around 2 minutes from start to finish. Definitely would come back again if I have a FedEx return.

No labels for FedEx return. Young boy clerk rude and indifferent, glad I don't normally shop this store, and definitely now never would.

Tons of reasons to not accept a drop off. Better to just close down. Do yourselves a favor and don't even bother going here. Unprofessional and I was told to go to pearl city. So what's the use of being in ewa then? I'm just trying to send an ipad to apple which was already labeled and they said they don't accept packages with batteries. Close down!

They were unable to accept a simple fed ex express envelop, the website says they can. Not sure what they can actually do. They are also incapable of printing anything so inorder to ship you have to go to a different fed ex for labeling? What a useless service.

Attempted to drop off package but was told it was larger than they accept. No information on website stating such. Useless.
