April took such good care of my taxes, since then I moved and I can’t get any better service at the other h & r blocks like this one. Everyone is nice and April was great. It feels so genuine.

I will not going back to this H&R block again. The tax pro I worked with in person-- Steven Karr Jr. was extremely unprofessional. Once you pay them the money they don't care about you. Follow up questions I sent on the website never got answered. Call backs that he said would happen never happened. Did not treat my tax return like he cared at all, and just a very rude attitude overall.

Do not go there! I had ‘Annie’, she didn’t show any care or empathy to her clients, let along did her job correctly. She never asked me the details about my finance, nor did her ask anything about deductible, such as charity or car registration. Screw you br block, and if anyone is reading this, avoid this company and try something else.

The price is ridiculous, I only have a very very simple and basic tax return and it cost me 300.00 they usually charge me 100.00 price went up big time ,it's a rip off,she told me it would be close to 100.00 but when we finished it was 300.00
