Terrible customer service. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and they jump at any opportunity to leverage how difficult it is fight them legally when it comes to charges outside of lease agreements.

Well, well...Look who I found! IF you are military, stay as far away from this business, as possible when buying a house. They are NOT military friendly. This business duo will pretend to be family oriented and then rip you off by providing zero support once the sale closes and they're sneaky when it comes to taking advantage of first time military home buyers. About 14 years ago, I made the mistake of somehow finding Real Estate Agent Tracey Manhan and I've lived to regret ever working with her, or even meeting her. Working with her to purchase a house and trusting Tracey literally ruined our lives. She helped my wife find a house, but lo and behold Tracey showed her houses she was exclusively listing, herself. All this happened while I was on deployment. Tracey also pushed for my wife to select a house, which she was conveniently listing so that she could represent BOTH the sellers and us! Amazing. So, of course my wife ended up purchasing at tip-top value, no negotiation conducted. No consideration or protection for a first time military home buyer. Tracey failed to look out for our best interest. She gave her full allegiance to her sellers over her younger, first-time home military buyers, which was us. My wife made the mistake of trusting her. When the market slumped, I sought Tracey's property management assistance and was given the cold shoulder bc she knew we had overpaid and didn't want to help us list it for rent. I had to go with another property management company, instead. At the end of the day, Tracey knew her ethics were on the line when she represented both us and the sellers. I came home from a war, signed the papers the next day, and she had already helped my young wife move furniture into the house prior to my arrival using my deployment savings. I found out a few months later that we had overpaid for the property, was a bit angry, and felt that I had been taken advantage of during my combat deployment. My suggestion is to stay away from this business. You've been warned.

We moved to Oahu during the pandemic and were stressed about finding a rental. Tracy was wonderful from the beginning and helped us get into a great place quickly! It's now been almost two years, and we have been really happy with IRG as a property management company! Thank you to Tracy, Derek, Susie, and the rest of the IRG team for helping with any inquiries we have had during our time here!

I sent in an application to rent a home about 10 days ago. At first, I was in contact with Tracy via text and email. After submitting all necessary documents with our application, I was GHOSTED. No communication whatsoever. I sent multiple emails, texts, and voice mails to follow up, still no response or call back. Even if we were not gonna be chosen as tenants, I feel we should have received a courtesy call/email/text saying that we didn't get the place. I wouldn't recommend this realty group to anyone as they have very poor communication skills.

I just want to Rave about Island Reality, first of all my Realtor Tracey Mangan was absolutely wonderful. She was so helpful in so many ways and went above and beyond to help us find a house. she has continued to check on us and make sure we are happy. Then there is Derik Nakakura who takes care of all service problems and I cannot tell you how nice it is to have someone do what they say in a timely manner. Thank You Island Reality for making our move back to the Island so smooth. If you are looking to buy or rent a home on Oahu I highly recommend Island Realty Group.

We've known the owners since summer of 2009 and have had nothing but good things to say about their business and employees. Toti and Tracy helped us find our first rental and stayed in it from 2009-2011. Then they helped us purchase our home in Ocean Pointe, we chose to stay with them as our property manager after we PCS'd (July 2012). They've been our property manager ever since and been great about keeping the place up on preventative maintenance and quickly addressing issues that arose (broken dish washer, washer, etc). They also helped us with a rental when we came out to visit last summer and coordinated a visit to our property. Great professionals, true Hawaiian spirit.

This review is based on renting through them, not buying or selling. These guys are criminals and should be in jail. The house we rented was in shambles. We never had work orders completed, they pocket your deposit, and go look at their house! We had to file with the BBB because they ripped us off on refunding our deposit. They said the house was dirty upon move out and we used their cleaning service recommendation. Well I'll say thank GOD for the BBB. They got us our refund in full. Toti is extremely unprofessional and they don't give a rats you know what about you. They just want your money, screw you over, screw the homeowner (because their house is going to crap in the process), and go on smiling. Karma is a... you finish it! Toti deserves to be _ _ _ _ _ slapped! I got the last laugh though. I got out of my contract with no penalties. All I will say is get the BBB involved. The positive reviews here must be their friends, surprised they have any, family, or fake profiles. And what are these photos? Show the inside and recent photos! However, those are the two criminals that should be locked up.

Professionalism at its finest! Ian Wheeler affected a seamless sale of my property in Kapolei. Ian staged and listed our home in such a manner, multiple, approved potential buyers stay committed to the residence, knowing only one party would be able to purchase. Ian appropriately adjusted the list price of our home, resulting in our property selling for the highest price for the given model. Island Realty Group has sold 2 homes for me. Toti, Tracy and their staff have been very professional and accommodating from day 1. They took care of everything and sold the homes quickly and for what I wanted. I didn't have to worry about anything.
