Had and appointment 2/19/23 at 12:30 p.m. my wife and I showed up to a completely closed office and we’re not able to contact anyone. We rescheduled with a live agent (very professional and helpful) for 2/20/23 at 3:00 p.m. The receptionist was in but the tax preparer was not. Neither time did we receive any communication as to the status of our appointment.

Ever need to get your taxes done, I highly recommend that you go to Ewa Beach office and ask for Nela Kim, she was able to get our taxes done and she was also fast. Very knowledgeable with what she’s doing. We are thankful that she was able to fit us in her schedule and got our taxes done very quickly.

Finally discovered the ewa Beach Jackson Hewitt. Thank God I did because I met the most wonderful tax preparer Nela Kim. She was so thorough and helpful. She explained everything to me and got me more money back than I did last year. I highly recommend going to the Jackson Hewitt in Ewa. Seriously you won't regret it. Ask for Nela Kim she's the best.

It's very rare I write a review or post anything as I'm not on social media. However, I couldn't pass up this opportunity to highlight someone who is beyond spectacular and should be recognized at the very least. Nela Kim is the best of the best. Not only does she go above and beyond to provide excellent tax service, she also is kind, detailed, and can provide guidance for years to come. Once my time is up on the island, she will remain my tax accountant. Yes, I will fly back just to have the privilege of her tax services, and will highly recommend anyone I know or come in contact with to do the same!
