Located off Ft. Weaver Road in Ewa Beach (same shopping center where Taste of Hong Kong, Foodland and Jamba Juice). Parking lot is always full and busy but if you park closer to Ft. Weaver Road you might get lucky and find a spot by Genki Sushi. I don't "bank" here but they are a "shared banking" branch with my credit union. They're never busy when I come here (maybe one or two people ahead of me in the teller line). Staff is really friendly and quick. They're running a "special" right now. If you open an account you get a free power storage/bank.

Not my main branch , but I'm doing shared branching for deposit and withdrawals. Saving me a long trip to my main one which is Hawaii Federal Credit Union in town somewhere in Kalihi/Dillingham Blvd. Also it is near where I live and a lot closer to where I work (Foodland). Satisfied customer here...so far. ?

Your customer service over the phone very pleasant. Thank you for taking the time to assist and understanding our frustration. Happy New Year!

I keep hearing that schools do not teach our kids about finances and as a parent I believe that's one of the most important things in life we all should be educated on. So I did my research and found so many great things about Pearl Hawaii FCU that my kids can learn from. The first thing that attracted me to them is their TEEN checking account. An account that offers a debit/credit card with a limit on daily spending. Honestly, I think even as adults we should be given limits on our daily transactions. I am hoping they will continue to consider this when they graduate into adult accounts. There is no monthly fees for having the debit/credit card but like any financial institution they are to keep a minimum balance in their accounts. The next thing I liked about this credit union is that they do shared branching. We used to live in Vegas therefore our kids have a savings account at an FCU there. My kids can deposit money into their savings through the shared branching feature. During the pandemic, my husband's FCU stopped doing shared branching with several other FCUs which was a total inconvenience! So I was happy to know Pearl Hawaii still has this. And lastly, they share ATMs with FHB which makes it convenient for my kids to access their money if needed during nonbanking hours. My kids are still learning more about retirement planning and other saving money features with PHFCU! The tellers are always friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist my kids with any questions they have. I like the fact that they treat my kids like individual customers and not have to speak through me, even though I am right by there side supporting them. I am so happy that PHFCU helps me teach my kids about their finances!!

Closed my son's account here because I didn't like the customer service here. They just leave the cash in front of you instead of counting it back to you. I would come in and deposit and they blast their music and I couldn't even hear what they are saying.

Great place for share branching and very easy and convenient process. Unlike other places you would have to withdraw and then make a deposit but with these guys you don't have to do all that, just one simple step in their computer system and it gets all done. Non of those multiple transaction process like how other banks does it. These guys are awesome!

I am not a member here, but I do some shared branching here every so often since its so close to home. The staff here is so friendly and always have a smile on their face when I come through. This place is generally not busy when I come through no matter what day or time... probably because their workers know their stuff and are so fast and efficient.

I came here for shared branching on a Saturday and was expecting the branch to be busy. Pleasantly surprised to encounter no line and a really simple and straightforward experience. Very glad to know I can do my credit union banking so close to home!

Gave me big headache to cash the cashier check and then didn't give me the second envelope when I ask, “the best†customer service.

Never met a more pleasant and friendly group of bankers! So far since opening my account earlier this year, every time I come in everyone is so nice and helpful. I do shared branch banking and they are so quick to help me do whatever I need between my banks! One teller was so nice, she went as far as reminded me my drivers license was expiring soon! I would've forgot about it if it wasn't for her! Great customer service there! Glad there's one close to my house now!

Worst experience. Maybe I shoulda waited for the younger ladies. Terrible service ever. Tammy at the ewa location Roger needs to retire or pear hawaii needs to have her retrained or change jobs. She walks away no tell me anything, no smile no greeting sad As a teller no personality. Sad that her customer service is like minus .05 She walks away and makes me wait don't tell her anything literally flew my cash down and threw my receipt too. So sad. Total attitude. And we been banking here over 20+yrs since the change the service is not the same sadly!
