I went in yesterday to schedule a tour with Ronnie-Rae, and let me tell you. She was so friendly, funny, and such a pleasure. I asked a lot of questions and she was very helpful and patient with me. She made the experience so welcoming after looking at various units on the property.
I would also like to thank Diane for being so helpful with me over the phone and seeing me right away to help with a small issue. Thank you to you both for great customer service.

Ronnie-Rae at Public Storage in Ewa Beach was amazing! She helped me switch to a new storage unit and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. She also took the time to ensure my special discount stayed the same. Excellent customer service — friendly, efficient, and professional! Highly recommend!

Diane was the staff that helped us , she was so nice and helpful. She made sure that our code worked properly and showed us to our unit as well. I give this location and its employee's a 5 star.....definitely come to ewa beach public storage and rent your next unit .

difficult to get answers of questions being asked. Just tried to sell what they wanted without listening to what's being asked. Would have been a much easier transaction if they answered the questions I was asking so I could have determined what i needed.

The costumer service was on point! When choosing and moving into my unit she was always picking up my phone calls and at my service when needed. She was always helpful, friendly and answered any questions I had. I recommend this location for anyone in the area.

Diane was so patient, kind, and helpful this morning with our new rental and transfer! She took the time to guide us through the process, show us the new unit, inform us about all the important things, and answered all of our many questions.
The rental space is super clean, and I feel safe and comfortable with the access code and hours. This is a place that I don’t have to worry about our things being damaged or stolen. Definitely recommend!
