This facility is fantastic. Not only is it clean and comfortable...the staff are super friendly, helpful as well as knowledgeable when it comes to workouts. The pool attendants Jaylynn & Hoki are super friendly and attentive. The entire staff are professional and friendly. Gerry always greets us with her happy smile as soon as we check in, front desk staff are always friendly too!

If you are looking for a swimming lesson for kids, this is the worst place to go. My friends told me about their worst experience, but still, I went ahead and enrolled my child. It's totally a waste of money. Since Ricky is no longer the manager of the Aquatics, their swimming lessons went downhill. I have 100 fellow homeschoolers who did not continue enrolling their kids for swimming after sharing my experience with them. Based on my experience when my child was enrolled in the swimming class, the kids are not learning what they are supposed to learn. The swimming instructors are inexperienced and totally unorganized. At the beginning of the season, there were like 8 or 10 kids. Then, the very last day, there were only 4 kids who were there, and worst, they were just killing time by getting toy ducks on the pool. That just tells what kind of instructors they are. Despite addressing the issue to the current aquatic manager, she gets back to my child by scolding loudly, which is very unprofessional when my child was not even doing something bad. The instructors also play favoritism. I highly recommend going to American Renaissance Academy for swimming instead of going this place.

My niece loves this place (this is where she had her 5th birthday party), so we took her there on a Monday during her fall break. We got there at around 9:45, and there was a private group in the water play area, and we were told that we couldn't go in until 10 AM. Once they cleared out, the place was empty so I highly recommend going on a weekday. I've never been on a weekend but my sister has told me it gets super crowded. It's not just for kids though. There's also a lazy river you can walk through or use one the floats they provide. Unfortunately, the big water slide isn't open until later, so we didn't get a chance to check that out.You can't bring food into the center but you can always keep a cooler in the car, leave and come back. They clean the pool from 11 to 11:30, so that would be a good time to get lunch. If you don't want to eat in your car, there's a cafe that serves pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, etc. all for a pretty reasonable price. You don't need to be a member to visit the center. You can buy day passes, which is what we did. It's $24/adult and $20/kid, so obviously not something you want to do every week but fun every once in a while to hang out for a few hours.

Came here to celebrate my nephews birthday today. We aren't members so we paid for the day pass, It was my husband and I and our 4 month old. We were shocked to hear how much we had to pay and asked if we were paying for our baby as well, they told us yes. We felt like we weren't in the presence as Godliness, I feel as if the policy of paying for children 0-17 is crazy. For me a more reasonable age for payment should be 3-17. So instead of paying $48 we had to pay $68 , it's crazy because you guys are a block away from low income housing . It was a nice time but the paying is ridiculous.

I've been to numerous gyms in my lifetime, but never one quite as restrictive as this. You'd think a place dedicated to fitness would be more understanding about the desire to track one's progress. Can't even take my shirt off to check my progress, and don’t even get me started on trying to record myself - apparently that's forbidden, even in the posing rooms! I've seen gyms with rules, but this place takes it to an entirely new level. And the manager? She's on a power trip like no other. Definitely not the motivating environment I had in mind. Looking elsewhere.

I’ve been a member of the Kroc for quite sometime and have supported the Kroc in a number of ways. I’ve even donated memberships for members that the dues was a hardship.Today, I decided to downgrade my membership. My family doesn’t really use the Kroc anymore. They’re just too busy.Kaiser has a healthy plan that allows me at a low cost to start, to attend 24hr Fitness with no monthly dues.I decided to downgrade at the Kroc. So let’s do the math.I got prebilled $134 for October because I didn’t downgrade by the 10th of the previous month. I’m also charged $20 for the downgrade. So I’m charged $154 for October though neither me or my family will be using it.Why should I stay at the Kroc out of loyalty for $64 a month if I’m charged basically 2 months of membership for not using it.

Was there for a weekend event that included use of the auditorium/church space and ballroom. The staff were very kind, accommodating and helpful. The food was excellent and service was wonderful. Everything went smoothly because of the help of great staff. The venue itself overall is absolutely beautiful and serene. Would absolutely consider using this facility again definitely worth checking it out!

Registered expecting to have a good experience here but it turn out not a good place to spend monthly membership. First,i registered my daughter for group swimming lesson during summer break but it end up we us parents should teach our own kids in the pool and the instructor is standing up and watching us how we teach our kids..i ended up didn't continue and went to American Renaissance instead. Also, guest pass is good but not aware about the 3 months validity.lady who help me when i registered didn't even mention about it. Jacuzzi is not always open.

Today my niece had her baby shower at the Kroc center run by the Salvation Army . Located in Kapolei actually near the last rail station ha ha . It's like a mini water park with a lazy river ,2 water slides , jacuzzi area and a kids area to play with water guns and buckets filling up and dumping water on you. My niece reserved a cabana area for her shower but it was still hot . By renting Kroc center I guess they have all kinds of party packages. She got the package that came with a bento, pizza, and spam musubi . Along with a container with juice and water . The bento was just ok comes with rice, hot dog, Teri pork, spam , chicken . Support local

My neice's baby shower was held at the Kroc. I'm tossed in giving them a higher star rating. A few years ago, I attended a birthday party there. This went off smoothly. And everyone had a great time. Today, the kids did have fun. But , the food came out late. Pizza came out first, and fifteen minutes later, the musubis and bento. They give you a strict time limit. So you would think that the food you have to order through them would be on time. So you have time to enjoy. The trash disposal cans were far away from the cabana we were assigned. My brother-in-law brought out a large trash bag to make it more convenient for the guests. The food was average in taste. The pizza was only warm because of the near 90 degrees heat from the sun. Fun place for kids. Enjoy
