I return things A LOT, weekly fasho, and ALWAYS go Ewa UPS on Keaunui! They are legit HANAI at this point!! lol I love those kids in there, like if I’m in line behind SFH in there akin stupid ALL my Mama Bear instincts kick in I would throw hands for this group!! Frfr!!

On the two occasions I’ve been here, the staff are the friendliest to everyone who walks through the door. They are super efficient with customers. No one spends more than 5-10 minutes here because they work very quickly as a team. They have helped me notarize documents and ship quickly back to the mainland. I will absolutely continue to go to only this location.

Store clerk was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. UPS store was clean and using the service, albeit more expensive than USPS, it was convenient and available. What I needed to do wasn't an option through USPS.

The service I was provided with today was beyond my expectations, fast easy and to the point. No lines and greeted with such friendly and polite staff. Christopher was the employee that assisted me with my notary, he also was the person who answered all my questions over the phone earlier before making my trip in.

Apparently, packages can be turned down and sent back without giving customers a chance to pick them up. I had three packages that I requested to be sent to this location for pickup. However, someone there turned them down, and my packages were sent back to the shipper. I'm not sure what kind of business they're running, but I will never use this UPS location again and will also recommend everyone I know not to.

Do not drop off your FedEx item here. Even though Google maps shows this location when you Google FedEx, they (the store) used to accept FedEx but no longer do and has not updated it on Google Business. They will continue to get FedEx customers misdirected to this store until they do. Go to Walgreens in the same parking lot. Other than that, they are probably fine.

Best place for quick printing, copying, even fax services. One stop shop if also in need of mailing out or returning Amazon packages. Personnel are always friendly and professional. Would recommend.

Noah was so nice and cool! He went way out of his way to help me make a copy of a first draft of children's book for my kids, the general public, and the scientific-community. He made me feel very special and appreciated as a customer. I will definitely go here again soon and recommend his store to everyone I meet. Thank you, Noah, for making my day!
