I've only been a few times, but have had a good experience each time. The first time they patiently helped me get everything I needed to send in some legal documents and pre-paid envelopes I needed to include. Another time I needed to pick up a prescription my mother sent to my house by accident, and they were great then as well. There are so many moving parts in the postal service, I never expect them all to go well, but specifically the front desk folks at this office are lovely!

I came in with a Certified Mail form (PS Form 3811 and 3800) that I’ve used many times before without issue. As I approached the counter, the clerk told me I must have a label printed in advance or I’d be charged, despite the fact that I’ve done this exact process here multiple times without a problem. I calmly asked if I could use the available labels, and she refused, stating, “We’re not going to do it that way, we’re going to do it the right way.” The tone was dismissive, and the refusal to process my mail was unjustified and unprofessional.
For the record: refusing mail service without legitimate cause is a violation of USPS internal policy and federal law. Under 39 U.S. Code § 403, the USPS is obligated to “provide prompt, reliable, and efficient services to patrons in all areas.” This includes Certified Mail service.
According to the Postal Operations Manual (POM 123.1):
“Post offices may not refuse to accept properly prepared mail.”
The green certified form (PS 3811/3800) is designed to be used at the counter, and clerks are required to assist in processing it, not force customers to buy pre-printed labels or redirect them unnecessarily.
It’s clear this employee either lacks proper training or is willfully ignoring policy. Either way, this falls under service refusal and may even warrant internal investigation. I hope the Postmaster reviews this complaint seriously, as denying legally mandated services to the public is unacceptable.

Long story short, my mailbox lock was changed out without me knowing (newly moved) so I reached out to this post office several times but once I spoke to Lian (I hope I’m spelling it right) she got me the help I needed and I picked up my
Keys without any hassle! Thank you so much!!!

Welcoming and friendly service. The clerk, Josh, was able to answer my questions and get things squared away in a few minutes. Everything was clean and payment was easy. Parking is free and there is a drive in drop off mailbox out front. Thanks!

Explain how a piece of mail can get opened when it’s delivered by the USPS in a locked mail box, where non-USPS workers cannot gain access.
I’ll wait…
(USPIS notified and a case has been opened regarding this mail tampering and theft)

It's only April of 2025 but TWICE this year I've had my postal Carrier fail to register my outgoing packages as received. In the first instance my packages languished around the Ewa beach Post Office for 10 days after being received before they were finally scanned as received and sent on their way. A couple months later I handed 2 items directly to my letter Carrier, and 5 days later there was no trace of them in the system. I run a small business, I rely on these shipments and Postal Ewa Beach is letting me down. Lazy workers is the problem. Taxpayers spend billions providing the Post Office with all the latest technological equipment to handle our packages, and they are too lazy to use it. But they show 100% proficiency in asking where their paycheck is..

Updated: Smh Problem was Never Fixed and No one called me to help me with the situation, me and my friend is still not happy and very disappointed 😔 Because of this I will not be ordering anything for a while maybe it's a sign, I spend too much money on orders that are getting delayed or not delivered smh not worth it.
My friend sent me a package from the mainland and it was supposed to be a Christmas gift but because of the fires in California and snowstorms everywhere else my package was delayed. I only now received the package on the 21st of January I was told by my friend that the package was delivered. So I went to check my mailbox parcel and I didn't see any package I thought that maybe it was a mistake so I told my friend that it wasn't there that maybe they said it was delivered but wasn't . Well my friend was worried it was delivered to the wrong address I refused to believe because this has never happened to me before. So I went to the post office the next day to ask about it, and the guy there said it was delivered and was in my mail box and showed me a picture of my package. I asked him if it was a picture of my package in a mailbox he said yes. Omg we all came to the conclusion that the key to the parcel was accidentally put in the wrong mailbox. Now my neighbor has it( but apparently not one I know) . Smh so I told my friend what happened and he was so pissed off , because it took long enough to come here and now it's lost. He told me it was an expensive gift too. Now some neighbor has it and probably had no intentions of returning it because they never returned it. I'm so upset because it sucks that this happened to me . Plus I was supposed to receive a call back about this situation from the post office and never did. Thank God I called and got someone on the line, I spoke with her she was nice but whoever delivered my package on the 21st of January around 11ish-12pm smh what happened? And how can I get my package back? What do I do now? I'm upset the problem was never fixed no one reached out to me about the issue. The person who did this shouldn't be able to deliver packages again smh this is not ok . Please fix the problem so I can update the rating . I hate to rate this post office so low because the people that work there are so cool and nice but the person that made this mistake needs to take accountability for their mistake. I will update when or if the problem gets fixed.
Updated they corrected the issue 😊😊😊😊 very satisfied with their services Happy New Year. I'm supposed to receive my package today but I'm upset because whoever was working on this day today Saturday January 4th at around 12pm ish put down that they delivered my item but didn't. I hope that they really deliver the item tomorrow or something smh I will be charged by the company that sent it to me in a few days regardless if it was or wasn't delivered to me. I just don't know why mail carriers say it was delivered but it wasn't this is the second time this happened to me smh. Anyways please deliver my package so I can rate you 5 stars thank you
