“We love American Savings Bank. Staff is kind, professional and when we go in with any questions if they cant answer right away they call us the same day after they find out the answer. I have had staff give their bus card with direct line and email to call anytime. We have been now with ASB over decade and so happy. They are our bank for life. I like that the staff has a low turn over. This is a sign of great management. During the pandemic they were bombarded with calls and emails by customers yet still managed to email us back every step of the way and showing grace, patience and compassion. This week we miscalculated our account and a check did not go through but due to Covid-19 they waived the fee and cleared it. Thank you being there for our family during these hard times.
