“I was referred to this shop by a local Auto Store and the employee told me that this is by far, the best repair shop around. The owner is really fair in pricing and they do great job! Well, I have an expensive car to fix and was skeptical but went there and this shop has now fixed my car multiple times. The dealership quoted me $9,000 for a list of recommended repairs and when I showed Pablo, he laughed. He proceeded to run diagnostics on my car and after all was said and done, he addressed most everything on that list and the bill was less than $2,600 in which he worked with my extended warranty company and $1,400 of that was covered! He is so honest and reliable. A woman can trust taking her car to him and know that he is going to be fair and not try to rip you off! I highly recommend this business. He is busy but takes time with each customer that comes in. If your car needs repairs and you don't know where to go or how bad it is, stop stressing and just go see Pablo at PNW!”

They are busy so be sure to book minimum 2 weeks in advance but ideally a month ahead! They do great work and let me know that my tire was warped and dangerous to drive! Patrick responded in a timely manner, scheduled a repair to my Buick (installed new power steering pump and fixed coolant leak) as soon as he was available, showed up on time, and finished the job in a couple of hours—for less than he had estimated. And his estimate was less than half what another guy wanted. He’ll be my first call next time!”
