Pauwela Beverage Company is a craft brewing company located in Haiku-Pauwela, Maui. It provides tropically infused, probiotic ferments like delicious kombucha, water kefir, hard kombucha, probiotic soda, and sparkling kava, alongside local beer and wine. The taproom is a beautiful, amazing hidden location with a cool, friendly vibe and an on-point aesthetic. It serves small bites and amazing vegan charcuterie boards. Live music and farm-to-table dinners occur Friday evenings. The staff is super knowledgeable, nice, and a real joy. Products are quality and incredible, with many noting it is the best kombucha and water kefir and the only hard kombucha made in Hawaii.

My husband picked up the hibiscus ginger ale for me as a treat from Foodland - and now I can’t stop buying them. It is literally the best ginger ale I have ever had! So happy I can grab a yummy drink and support a local company.
