It's great exercise walking in the rain forest. Plus side is getting to the water falls. Beautiful scenery and when you walk out by the fruit stand, it smells like so much fresh fruit. You have to try some and some of the fruit and fruit drinks. I go there every time I'm on Maui. Taste of paradise.

The guy working was super kind when I need help deciding a smoothie, although it isn’t on the menu, he informed me that I could blend banana and pineapple and it tasted so good.

The coconut was over ripe( yellowish green skin) so the coconut water tasted horrible. Apparently there staff/ owner knew about this but did not warn us before buying Never buy fresh coconut for water unless it is completely green from outside Banna bread was dry.
