And please forgive me, the nice pretty older filipina lady too that was working during Keali’s assistance with me. She was friendly too! She told me about the survey and I said, I would love to share my experience. She also directed me to the phone chargers were located at the front check out area. That’s when Keali helped assisted me with the Phone battery chargers. Also, my member’s award account showed incorrect information, Keali was kind to help me get started with filling out a form so that the department that handles that would take care of that part. Overall, Keali did a GREAT JOB! Keali was very kind, considerate, very gentle beautiful spirit, Keali showed “ALOHA” spirit and that’s what this whole world needs right now!   Pretty much the worst ace on island. If you're looking for an overpriced barbeque they got. If you're trying to do a job just go to wahiawa. Can ever get down an isle without asking 2 employees that are chatting to move out of the way. I'm done with this place

  They had what I needed! I went to the store taking a chance if they had my item I needed. Store was clean and had quite a few people in the store. The cashier was nice and rang me up pretty quick too.

  Went in asking several people for help. They called someone, and I stood there and waited for over 10 minutes without anyone even coming to the aisle they sent me to. Not only did the 2 women I came up to ignore me, but the front had 4 people who weren't helping anyone and just stood there staring at me. Thanks, Ace, for the exceptional service. Customers should come first before gossip and chit chatting.

  Excellent service! Knowledgeable and friendly yet professional staff. Have everything from fishing scoop net, match lite charcoal to window frame screen-to-size (done within 5 calendar days)! Mahalo for always being in Haleiwa for the past 45+ years!

  Great employees! Was looking for a small Ace branded Philips/Slotted reversible screwdriver for a specific task. First employee walked around with me looking at a few possible locations. A second joined in and determined they were out of stock, but said he would check his own drawer. Came back with one, gave it to me, and insisted no charge! Above and beyond. ? Thank you!

  I did an online order and was called 20 minutes later to confirm. Very nice touch, don't get that kind of service anymore. Unfortunately, I don't remember the young ladies name. I went to pick up my item the next , which was ready at the cashier. Cool, old-time style store, ended up picking up some other items.
