“The rating is for the location which is simply beautiful. However, I would caution potential visitors that some of these condos are inhabited by full-time residents. Some of them are quite lovely and welcoming, but there are a few who have claimed there slice of paradise and don't want to share with the rest. The unwelcoming few are not enough to ruin your time, but will certainly challenge your patience. My first experience was in 2016 and we experienced the same thing. I came back in 2021 for an entire month and was exposed to more and more of this toxic and uninviting atmosphere. I will certainly hold a special place in my heart for this place and wonderful beach, but it's not enough to come back.”

“I hate to tell people about this gem of a location. We didn't need a car for our entire trip because TheBus the local bus system drops off and picks up at the front door. It's a 2 or 2.5 hour trip to Honolulu one way. You can use the bus, for 30 minutes, to go to Makaha Beach or walk downhill from the Towers in 40 minutes.

There's parking for $15 a day or $85 for 2 weeks or a month.

24hr security. Pool. Free Gas BBQ. Laundry. Close to a golf course. Close to the mountains for hiking.”
