Black Pearl Source opened in Haleiwa, Oahu, Hawaii in 1995 and has delighted the community and collectors from around the world with an innovative line of jewelry designed to surprise. The owner and chief designer uses only pearls of natural colors and luster from the South Seas, creating marvelous forms in precious metals that showcase the beauty and uniqueness of each ocean gem. The shop carried beautiful pieces such as rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and pendants in styles from black to cream, shore to beige, freshwater, Akoya and cultured. The front window has a gorgeous display, the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming, and there is plenty of parking.
Beautiful black pearl jewelry, each a unique work of art. My first piece was a blue/green pearl set in a wave design by Ben. Over 30 years, I added several pieces, visiting Isabelle at the shop whenever we're on Oahu. The Black Pearl Source is always on my list of people and places to visit when on Oahu.
