Ice cream was amazing and the service was exceptional for such a busy hotspot. The gelato was of great quality, it reminded me and my partner of Sicilian ice cream, which is a huge compliment! I personally loved the biscoff flavoured ice cream the most.We will definitely be coming back soon :)

As we ordered a macchiato we were given a Latte since it was coffee with milk and coated with foam which we were expecting expreso and a spoon of milk froth. Unfortunately employees paid no attention in us explaining in what we were expecting and corrected us in what a macchiato is and manager smirked with an attitude and not bother to please us with our order. It's simple, Google the image. Had to go next door for another coffee. Other than that ice cream was good.

This place is totally Italian! Illy coffee and Gelato. The affogato was amazing!Parking: there are lot of shopping stores around the Gelato/Coffee place.Kid-friendliness: it has in/out space friendly cool atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access right off the parking lot.

Although my crepe was delicious, I like to emphasize on the extremely pleasant and aloha spirit the staff provided during my visit on Thanksgiving morning. They were full of smiles and treated me like an old friend they haven't seen in a while. When you're in Haliewa, it's a must to drop by for fresh crepe, scones or a nice scoop of ice cream.

What an absolute treat to eat the MOST yummy gelato that was always served with a smile. My absolute favorites were the homemade Coffee, Mint chip, and the (Vegan) coconut. So delicious!!! And we got to eat outside and enjoy the Hawaiian paradise as well!Dietary restrictions: Vegan options as well!

I had the best gelato...EVER!!! The employees were very friendly and treated me more like family than a customer. I am visiting family and am from Kentucky.The cafe was warm and welcoming.I sure would love to have Jacinda open a cafe near me!I look forward to my next visit...IL Gelato Cafe will be on the top of my list to visit.
