We had a great experience at this medical clinic while visiting fromout of state, the front office staff was accomodating and we received prompt medical care for our daughter and clear instructions on how to treat her once home.

I don't normally write reviews but the doctor here was super cool and knowledgable, so I had to write some good stuff. I had some pretty bad shoulder pain after surfing so I yelped this place. He knew a lot about surfing injuries and how to fix and prevent them!

I was skeptical about trying Telehealth when I first found this place but I really recommend it! I was worried about the quality of the camera and the doctor just not physically being there but Dr. Dao treated me with great care and respect. He answered all my questions and concerns. For anybody who is skeptical about trying this out for the first time, trust me and try it, you will have a great experience!

I went to see Dr Dao for a referral for physical therapy. I had sciatic pain and was wanting to get a referral to the therapists that shared his building. I made an appointment a week earlier for 1:00 that required me to miss work. When I arrived I had to wait some 20 mins past my agreed to time. When I finally was shown to a room I was told that the doctor was gone all week. An unsupervised medical student would examine me after her lunch break and then Dr Dao would " talk" to me via the computer. I left before the student returned from lunch feeling undervalued and being shown NO respect. STAY CLEAR of this guy!! Odds are you won't see him anyway.

I walked in having an epic asthma attack, told them I was about to fall out and could not breathe and they said I'd have to wait cause they had scheduled appointments! WAIT??? YOU MEAN DIE!!! I struggled to ask if there was anywhere nearby and they pointed to a list on the door and told me to take a picture of it with my phone. This is the worst place ever, they clearly wouldn't know a medical emergency if it was staring them in the face!!!!!
