Patagonia Hale'iwa is located in the North Shore Marketplace, near Old Hale'iwa Town and famous surfing beaches. The store reflects its location with an emphasis on surfing, hiking, diving, fishing, canoeing, camping, and swimming. It carries a selection of board shorts, bathing suits, logo T-shirts, caps, Pataloha prints, sportswear, and gear for everyday living and travel. Customers can sit on the front deck shaded by a big monkeypod tree. It is a popular and fun store with original products, including North Shore-limited and Hale'iwa limited edition items with good designs. Because it is popular, the number of customers allowed is limited, so there can be a queue and it may take some time to enter. The quality of the products is very good, though some note the prices feel expensive and that there can be a serious lack of sizes in clothes. Many recommend purchasing the Hale'iwa specialty products available.
Much smaller than the main brand store in the neighbouring building, but good selection of quality apparel, including Hawaii limited edition designs. Staff were friendly and helpful, and helped me find the perfect swimwear set for a great discount.
