“I had an excellent experience at the North Shore Smoke Shop, and it deserves recognition. From the moment I walked in, the owner was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I told him I was celebrating my 12‑year mark in the Army and was looking for two cigars—one to enjoy in the morning and another for the evening. Without hesitation, he recommended a cigar that pairs well with coffee and another that’s perfect after dinner. His suggestions were thoughtful and tailored to exactly what I wanted.
What really stood out to me is that he didn’t try to upsell or push anything extra. He focused on what I needed and made sure I left with cigars I would actually enjoy. As we continued talking, I started asking about brands I hadn’t seen before, and he took the time to explain each one—whether it was medium‑bodied, full‑bodied, or something more unique. His knowledge made the whole experience not just a purchase, but a learning moment.
