There is nothing like good old snail mail and thank God for the USPS of Haleiwa. Granted, as tourists, perhaps our views are skewed, but truly had quick and kind service here. Losa made us laugh and recommended the best packaging for our mail. Never thought I’d write a review for a government agency, but here we are. Thanks to Losa and the team at Haleiwa!

Everyone here is super nice, positive attitudes, friendly, fast, and always happy to see their customers. I don't understand the bad reviews left for this post office, but we have never had a problem.

i've been mailing things for years and recently moved to the island. in jersey, government workers could not care less about you and will treat you like crap. i was so pleasantly surprised when i started coming to this post office because the employees are extremely kind and willing to go the extra mile for you. i love this post office so much and wish other USPS locations were like this!!

I have to say that this is the best post office ever! The people who work here, like Losa, are absolutely amazing! They really care and so wonderful! I always look forward to seeing them! Thank you for all you do!

I've been living on the North Shore and using this particular USPS location for about seven years now. On Oahu for 17yrs. Relying on such services for business and etc. can be tedious when there's heavy traffic, not enough time and a bunch of other places you need to get to. I'm glad I picked this location to rely on cause I get serviced by the friendliest and most efficient staff I've ever worked with. I look forward to seeing Losa, Musi and Audrey everytime I walk in. True Ambassadors of Aloha! Unfortunately, they dont stay longer than 2yrs. as they move on once promoted.

Got there near closing time to pick up a package and there was a line out the door. A kind Polynesian woman in the back saw the slip of another customer, as well as mine . Called us over and grabbed our packages from the back. This expedited the post office process and saved me time. Mahalo

I needed to stop by while on vacation to pick up postcard stamps and the folks here were working very efficiently and we're probably the friendliest USPS employees I'd ever encountered.

I've had nothing but great service at this post office. This past week, I ended up having to ship an item internationally for the first time, Musi was so helpful and patient with me while I filled out the forms. Super friendly staff & for the most part mornings right when they open are the best time.

Clean, respectful, efficient, ALOHA filled: While visiting Haleiwa, I over shopped. To get all the goodies home, I need to mail it. I step in to the next USPS office I see, Haleiwa, and I see acts of kindness and Aloha every step of the way. One clerk? no problem, she swiftly handled all the random service requests that customers in line in front of me...and I have never seen service this good in any USPS office I use back on the mainland...pre-pandemic or during a pandemic. I admit, being from Alaska via Washington state, folks don't "see me" as a tourist, but this tourist was impressed.
