Elle helped my best friend and I shop today, so friendly and personable. Felt like we were shopping with another friend. Found the best items, all our favorite brands that we usually can only find online, huge selection definitely will be coming back:)

Never order online from this store!!!! my dress "shipped 9/27" and no tracking was provided, no tracking when I made an account, phone doesn't go through. No one will respond to my 4 plus emails, my Facebook messages. I guess I have to contact my credit card and the better business bureau. Truly terrible. short of flying there, they cannot be contacted! wish they had negative stars.

The staff was very rude and judgmental. I picked out multiple swimsuits out and asked about one on a model and she looked me up and down and told us “you can try it on but it’s 200 something dollars” alluding that i couldn’t afford it. I picked out the suit and went to try it on and she grabbed the rest out of my hands and started counting them, thinking I would steal it. Once I got to the counter to buy 2 of the suits she doubled checked and kept making sure I knew of the “great quality” of them. Along with all of this a couple next to me in the dressing room (which is just a space covered with a curtain) were obviously doing inappropriate things for public and the owner didn’t even acknowledge it.

I LOVE this boutique!! So many options for lovelies Lauren found a couple of bikinis for me that fit like no other! She was huge help getting me out of my comfort zone. I also splurge on the most beautiful green sundress. I can't wait to come back to this little treasure on my favorite Hawaiian island.

Finding a bathing suit that fits me is always a huge challenge. I did find a bathing suit top that fit me at this store on 1/23, but they didn't have a matching skirt. Since the top fit, I decided to purchase thinking maybe I can find a skirt at another store. The top cost $115.18. Well...20 minutes later I found a perfect suit (top and bottom) at another store so I purchased it. I went back to I Heart Hanalei, same sales gal, to return the bathing suit top, and she said "we don't accept returns". They should post this information at the check out counter!!! I ONLY purchased this 20 minutes ago. She did tell me returns aren't accepted on the receipt, which for some reason she had forgotten to give me. But even if it is on the receipt, what got would that do if the purchase was already made??? I asked if I could speak to the manager (Andrea Smith) only to be told she wouldn't be back until 4 pm this same day as she was training another employee. I came back at 4 pm, different sales gal, who said the manager wasn't going to be in (was she avoiding me??) This gal said a message was sent to the manager with my name and phone number. Manager NEVER called me back, and whenever I called the store back, it would go directly to a "mailbox is full" message. It was explained I could exchange my purchase for something else, but I really didn't need anything else. Very very poor customer service.

I bought a beautiful bathing suit for $230. Acacia brand, absolutely fitting and lovely, and the store clerk was a wonderful, a young girl that helped me try on like over 5 suits! Then I went home and my sister noticed that the top was a little loose, so the next day I went to the store and tried to exchange it for a medium instead of a large. I removed the tag at home because I thought it fit fine until my sister said something. However, when I went to exchange it, this older white woman behind the register said "you're putting me in a tough situation because the tag is removed, and it looks worn" I responded saying okay there's nothing you can do? And it's not worn I bought it yesterday so what does that say about the condition you sell the product in. And she was like uhhh Idk. She was just very dismissing, very rude, and acted like she was the queen where she gave no credit to anyone. And then when I left, she yelled across the store to other customers "was I rude?!" And I said yes because 1) you're yelling across the store around paying customers and 2) you accused me of wearing the bathing suit that I came to EXCHANGE. NOT RETURN. EXCHANGE. and paid over $200 for. Very displeasing because i love this store and have always come to it, not like there's a warning on the tag or receipt that says "don't take tag off, we will be very upset if you do and nothing will be done".

I am amazed by their customer service! I made a purchase online but made a silly mistake on the top. Because of the time difference, i had to wait several hours until the store opened to call and try to correct my error. About 20 minutes before they opened, Andrea called me because she thought the order might be wrong. I was so pleased and relieved! The top I meant to order had gone missing and was not available. (It was still in the inventory.) I expected to be given a store credit because what i actually ordered was in stock, but she refunded the top without me even asking. She was so kind and helpful. I was so pleased and grateful! I hope to get there in person one day, but for now will have to keep shopping online. GREAT STORE, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANK YOU ANDREA!!
