Yellowfish Trading Co. is a delightful, family-owned shop in Hanalei. It is a wonderful store with a nice selection of vintage clothing, specializing in amazing vintage Hawaiian shirts. They also carry new and thrifted items, including local merchandise like a honu made from coconut tree bark. The quality of their clothing and products is exceptional and very high quality, offered at great prices. The shop owner provides stellar and wonderful customer service, offering a very nice greeting and happily stopping for a conversation. The owner is so knowledgeable, sharing treasures and talking about the history of the Hawaiian shirt and local Hawaiian culture, which is enlightening. They also give great food and beach pointers. It is a pleasure to visit this cute little store, stop in to make a friend, and find a gift.
I always stop here when in Hanalei. I love this shop! The collection is really fun to explore and there are price points for everyone. The staff member we visited with this week was simply amazing! She gave us the background on several different pieces. Such a great experience!

Interesting shop with a good variety of items. More upscale and unique than chintzy, with prices to match. Can find something for everyone, worth a visit. Id post more photos but they dont allow them...
