Imagine a spice shop that doesn't do samples. This is that place. When asked about tasting some of their spices I was told "we don't do that since Covid." My response, "oh that's still a thing?" "Yah, well some people are still wearing masks. Besides, we went through so many rubber gloves with samples we don't need to be filling our landfill with them." And on that note it was time to go. Here is a news alert to this lady and anyone else still living in the covid era. Move on! Or close your shop up for good. As far as rubber gloves go, hows this for a novel idea. In lieu of gloves, try washing your hands.

We love this place. Every year we make a trip to Kauai and always stop by to get spices and honey.

Wonderful spices, you can smell the aromas when you walk in. Love the Hawaiian fire and other smokey seasonings; beautiful art and decor. Friendly staff and nice ambience, plus the bridge is right outside.

An amazing spice shop that has spices, other collectibles and even frozen snacks. You can smell the spices from outside the shop, but it’s not overpowering at all. Visit and shop the wonderful place.

Cute store with seasonings and salts. They have other things too. It’s right near the entrance to the hanapepe swinging bridge. It wasn’t a hot day so we didn’t get it but they have popsicles too.

Stopped in while walking around Hanapepe one day. Nice store, with more trinkets and stuff, than spices. Staff seemed nice enough when selling us the few items we bought. My overall impression is the prices seem a bit high. As my wife says "they're really proud of their stuff".

Love this store, unique items. Tried the coconut peanut butter and honey on the fresh bread from the Midnight Bear Bakery across the street! Awesome!

Selection was okay. Some items were overpriced. I do agree with some reviews that the older white lady is not really friendly other than to the German tourists who were there. She said she was German herself. The ice cream popsicles were yummy though and the place has AC. You're just not allowed to use their bathroom.

Popsicles are about $7 each, but a fun treat everytime. Flavors depending on what is in season.

Lots of spices and different salts that are from the islands. They have recipe books, coffee and more.
