Slow, lazy and incompetent. You can get medication faster from driving to a different CVS. This location is trash.

I haven't seen a longs in a long time. I guess it's CVS on Yelp... They had lots of Japanese and Hawaiian snacks so I loved that! I came for some Aloe since I had a skin reaction and I was breaking out in hives. Luckily, they had a generic version left and it was the last one! I guess you can say, they need to stock up more, as this facility is far from other stores.

They should clean the store everything is a mess there's merchandise everywhere there's no others workers that I seen . The person at the pharmacy is really rude doesn't smile. She's always been like that is not good for the pharmacy in this cvs .

Took some prescriptions for my wife to the pharmacy. Met with the pharmacist who informed me that of the 3 prescriptions given by my wife's dentist she only had 2 on hand. It really wasn't a problem and asked if she would be able to fill the other prescription later. Her response was that they don't order percocet so I'd have to go else where. Again not a problem. At that point I was more concerned about getting the right medication for my wife. Fast forward a day and my wife made mention to her sister that CVS pharmacy Hauula didn't have percocet. My sister inlaw worked in that exact pharmacy for some time and thought it unusual because they always had percocet on hand. My sister inlaw called CVS to inquire about the percocet and found out they do have percocet but the pharmacist plays god with who does and doesn't recieve medication even when you have a valid prescription. Funny enough when I asked about filling the prescription later she told me my wife didn't need percocet and would be fine without it. So not only does she play god with the medication but she also plays every type of doctor and dentists. She may pretend to be a doctor or dentist but she is definitely a liar. I would've preferred hearing that I look suspicious and that is why she wouldn't give me the prescription but she straight lied to me. Apparently she does this to a lot people but I know she definitely did it to me.

This is for Kathy and she should get a raise!!! I work within the same Center & she's always very pleasing. Always greeting coming & going customers. Being aware of things that we aren't. This morning I was purchasing a charger and was in rush. Took me forever to find it but still somehow got it wrong! She checked it for me anyways and helped me with getting the right one I never knew I got wrong. She's always socializing with customers and I love her service!

Great place to pick up a range of items without going all the way into town. Non perishables (and a few fresh items), sunscreen, snorkel gear, kitchen needs and toiletries are all found here. Was a great place for us to stock up on stuff for our vacation condo during our stay, and we found everything on our list.

This is about Jaret. First, I hope I'm writing his name right. He was working September 28th night shift. Second, he went so far out of his way to help me I'm actually writing a review for a grocery store. I hope his management sees this because this dude went all over the store trying to find the thing he needed to help an idiot like me. I bought something with a credit card, walked out the door and threw away the receipt, then realized it was the wrong thing. I've worked in the service industry before and people with his commitment to solving the problem are few and far between.
