This place is a JOKE. I had an appointment at 2PM. I waited until 3PM and they still hadn't taken my car back for just an inspection. They said it would take a hour to hour and a half to get the simple inspection done. When I asked what was going on, they said they had people still on lunch and wouldn't be able to get it done in 30 mins.

I dropped my car off after it was overheating. I was promised it would be looked at that day. Never received any phone call or update. After calling 10 times I finally got someone to answer and notify me they would "try" to look at it tomorrow. After I called AGAIN, several times I finally received a quote for the services. I had to call the 3rd day another 8 times to get ahold of someone for an estimate for repairs. Once I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I started it and had a check engine light. I had to go back inside for a technician to run diagnostics. The technician walked out to my car, did not acknowledge, not greet me, nor give any information on what he was going to be checking or doing. After repeatedly asking I went inside and had to wait for the technician to brief the front desk instead of telling me. They failed to properly restore my vehicle after repairs which led to the check engine light. After asking several questions the manager began yelling at me. I would NEVER recommend this place. These employees should never be helping the military.

I would like to say that this location has horrible service but after waiting the whole duration of my appointment (3hrs) and my car never even getting moved from the parking lot I can't even say that because I received no service!

Time management here is absolutely abysmal. Dropped off at 10:30 for a tire change and they finished around 7 hours later. Because it’s on base, I don’t believe they have enough employees, but they still schedule the same amount of cars as if they did have enough employees. Staff is extremely friendly, however this Firestone could use a new business model, more employees, and a truly reasonable accurate time schedule. Keep in mind that this Firestone is “on base” and they likely don’t follow the same “Firestone” policy. I can receive the same discount at a more commercial location. If it’s a weekend and you’re waiting, please note that they do not have a public bathroom. The nearest one is the Exchange about a 5 minute walk.

Tried charging me 120 dollars for on obd scan for a check engine light being on and when I asked why it costed that much. Couldn’t explain why besides “because”. Absolutely ridiculous.

Rob (the very nice gentleman that helped us get checked into the appointment) was very kind, courteous, and honest about the work being done. After observing him with other customers before me, I felt that he has the great qualities that everyone wants in their car care advisor. He was direct and honest in a way that made you fell assured that your car was being left in good hands. Even though he was busy with the morning rush, he took his time with each of us in a way that didn't make us feel overly impatient due to the wait. I was very satisfied with the work that was done, as well as the open communication regarding the additional work needed after initial diagnostics. I would return for future car care as well.My only gripe is that after seven hours I called to ask about my car and it was then that they claim the work was done. Drop off at 9:00, received diagnostics call at 11:00, then I called them and picked up about 18:00.

I went on a day when there were fewer staff so my wait was a little longer, but the staff was very transparent and friendly. I felt everyone was honest and work was completed in a reasonable time frame.

Requested an Oil change quote, guy was very rude of the bat saying no I was speaking too fast even though he proceed to say what I just said right after. he sounded like he hates being there, didn't get his name but I'm sure if he answers your call you'll know who I'm talking about. This place charge more of a higher price than other places I called around too. I ended up scheduling an appointment at Neue Auto in Mapunapuna. The owner there was a lot more professional and kind. Price was a lot cheaper too !

I recently came to Firestone in looking for great service because my old Ford dealership service provider has became so substandard.. Firestone service is great, reliable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you JBPHH Firestone staff your my go to place for service now

They had my car for 4 1/2 hours for a 2pm inspection appointment and never touched it. Only after I called and was on hold for 10 minutes they told me the system was down for the past 30 minutes and they wouldn’t be able to complete it. When I got there it was in the same spot and I asked them, if the system had only been down for 30 minutes why couldn’t they complete it at 2pm for when the appointment was set for. The guy I asked didn’t know.

I showed up without an appointment because I had an unexpected mechanical issue arise on my way to the base. The crew fit my repair in between other appointments. The recommended repair was what I would have tried first to fix the issue, rather than other more costly/invasive potential repairs.
