Easy and convenient to where we were staying and offered a large range of products. (much bigger than the stores in Australia). A range of cold fresh wraps, salads, fruit salad, etc. made a great option for a picnic at the nearby falls or snacks to keep you going on your drive to Volcano. My husband loved the fresh doughnuts. There were also about 3 different fresh coffee options - one of which offered Kona coffee. (And cheaper than Starbucks, which we found unpalatable in the US). While the customer service was great overall (and helpful), there was one instance with a cranky lady making us feel uncomfortable and we fled for the safety of the car (unfortunately without doughnuts)- just the luck of the draw.

If you've been to one 7-11, basically you've seen them all. They are all set up the same way with the same products. This, of course, is by design. The only difference I've experienced is with the employees. Different personalities and level of service. I've always gotten excellent service, never had any problems, and they always thank me for my business

Morning crew is the best. Always so friendly and helpful. The store is a lot more organized AND CLEAN..... chaz and the morning crew are definitely doing their part to keep that store going....

this location is out standing it is the best 7/11 on the whole chain of islands and has outstanding workers the best of witch are a lady name marry and a guy names jacob and a another person named kuulei they are amazing they have the store in top shape clean full stock allways welcome me when i enter and are super freindly they allways have such kind and uplifting to me and allways make great conversation and jacob is super funny along with mary hope they are there for a long time because ever since i moved to this island they have made it amazing keep up the outstanding work your amazing

Cool staff. Always real, friendly and helpful.Great for convenient food. Pretty good at keeping the ready-to-eat food stocked.Love going there after work! Most of the staff stop to chat a bit and are usually excited to see regulars.
