Stopped by to try and set up appointment for new stereo.. person I met seemed annoyed that I wanted to set up an appointment.. He had a bad attitude/ vibe... I was shocked to find out he claimed to be the owner.. ??♂️ as an owner of two businesses myself.. I would never treat a potential customer with that attitude.. customer is king.. leave your attitude and problems at home. Be professional and show aloha!.

I have a 2007 Honda Odyssey and wanted to upgrade the stereo to have all the bells and whistles including Apple CarPlay, Touch Screen, Back-Up Camera, etc. Dorae did a great job hooking me up with the proper equipment and installation. In addition, she also had her staff tint my windows. I was so impressed that I took my wife's 2010 Honda HRV and had the same work done. We both joke that we have "New" cars now. Very impressed with the professional service offered to us.

I had another company install some equipment on my jeep and it was a complete rats nest of wire and unfinished. I gave them a list of 6 items and they accomplished everything exactly as promised. Very clean wiring, routing and very professional looking. They finished the work a day early and reviewed the work with us to make sure it was up to par. This included driving lights, fog lights, relay switching, and overhead switch system and complete repair, installation and wiring of the sound system. My brother and sister were surprised how quick the work was done and we all agreed that the stereo and speakers sounded way better once properly mounted and wired. Upon completion the Owner made a special trip to meet us off hours to make it easy on us to pick it up. I would highly recommend this company. Scott

Dorae was extremely helpful and successfully repaired my AUX system. She gave me constant updates on my car and even went above and beyond by coming to the store after hours so that I could pick up my car when they were finished. The rates were super cheap and manageable, and Dorae is just so nice and will help with anything. Highly recommend.

A lot of research and time went into selecting the correct audio system for my Japan Classic Van. Everything was in Japanese and not compatible with the American System. Well, Dorae took the extra time to figure out exactly what was needed for my van's sound system and it works beautifully! I couldn't be happier and would recommend Dorae's audio shop to anyone that needs a system installed! Awesome, honest, and caring people!

I came in to get my sound system installed and although I had an older car they ordered exactly what I needed and when the parts came in they required everything and even repaired the auxiliary power port and ac switch during the install something my own mechanic wouldn't include. I definitely recommend this business.

I really appreciate the excellent service at advanced car audio. I have been twice, most recently to install new speakers in my 2015 Kia Soul, and both times the experience was smooth and enjoyable. I bought a deck and tried to install it myself but became too difficult for me because I don't know about electronics. I took my car to Advance Car Audio and they took my car right in and worked on it. I was even given a ride so I could get my wife's car until mine was done. They did not turn me away and were super nice. Shortly after my stereo stopped working and it was a bad radio so I bought a pioneer and they took the installed one out and put the new one in. I got a refund for the broken one I bought. Worth what I paid for installation because now everything is working including the dvd player that my daughter loves watching. I will be back in time.
