This place is a scam. I came as a companion to my boyfriend who was dealing with some mental health problems. I brought him here for healing and instead was completely disrespected by the doctor. Our stay the dr tried to keep selling us stuff she asked if we wanted to stay at her inn at Kona for an extra 200$ why when we already paid to stay at the wellness center. She charges 180$ for message that guy charges 60$ for. Doesn't follow treatment plan with juices. Save yourself the money and do this yourself at home. After almost 40k I settled the bill with Dr BAYLAC in her office with my boyfriends credit card I told her we would not be extending and asked that there be no more treatments and no more charges, the dr continued to try and get an extension out of us. The doctor couldn't get anymore money out of me so separated us in rooms and kept trying to offer treatments and stay to my boyfriend keep in mind I brought him there and was my job to protect him. Several times the dr asked for my boyfriends cell phone and said she "saw his financials and that he had enough money to stay longer". At one point dr BAYLAC said "well you say he is done here but who's money is it your money or his money." As my boyfriend and I were leaving luggage in hand the dr stopped us at stairs and asked me if my boyfriend wanted an IV as I said again no we are leaving and I already settled the account no more charges. As if to make us late she then grabbed my boyfriend and pulled him downstairs by the arm for an IV she then stuck him with an IV that he didn't know she would then charge him again for. An IV that took 3 hours to drip and made us miss our flight and have to get a hotel. I told her how inappropriate she was acting and she yelled at me to get out that she would call the cops. She wanted him to stay so she could continue taking money from him. I waited on the porch as soon as the IV was done I of course I grab my boyfriend as he does not want to stay. Afterward I told her I am not paying I hear the dr tell her assistant to not give us a ride to the airport a ride that we paid for. I took an Uber with my boyfriend out of the place. A couple hours later I see more charges on my boyfriends credit card after I already settled the account. I do plan on dispute the charges. We are not the only ones unhappy with stay our roommates also expressed the same feelings.

Very warm and friendly staff with affordable pricing. It is not a typical hotel, so there is no staff on the weekend but Su checked us in and kept in contact via text to make sure to let her know if we need anything. There is a lock box where you get your keys if you have a late check in. Air-conditioner and queen size bed was in our room but some don't have a/c. The bathroom and sink is inside the bedroom but the shower is shared between five other rooms. Very clean and nicely decorated bedrooms. The bed was very comfortable and we felt at peace here with a very relaxing and island vibe. The curtains had pretty Hawaiian design and the interior was painted white. There was a large walk in closet with plenty of closet space and hangers. Outside, there was a large grassy area to sit and relax. We had a view of the beautiful Catholic church and in the evening we left our screen window open to hear the singing going on in the church. The location is good because it is within walking distance of downtown area. They also offer yoga classes, massage therapy, detox therapy and others such as acupuncture and acupressure all in one location. Wonderful place for a relaxing retreat!

The excellent customer service, that I experienced, the attention to detail, and the friendship of aloha, is top notch. I'm so happy to be doing business in a studio with good positive vibes for myself and my students. Mahalo to Jaslyn A. for all her great work.

My husband and I visited the Aloha Wellness Cafe for the second time to celebrate our anniversary with amazing gourmet raw vegan cuisine. The chef, Ian Grove, was kind enough to especially prepare for us a Mexi-fest three course meal. It was truly outrageous! We were blown away by each course, beginning with raw corn tortilla soup, followed by a generous organic greens salad and hand wrapped raw portobello mushroom/corn tamales with tortilla chips and fresh garlic guacamole. The meal was finished off with his homemade raw coconut flan nicely garnished with a mint leaf. Each course was aesthetically beautiful, worthy of a five star restaurant presentation, not to mention amazingly delicious. Its almost as if you can taste the love Chef Ian puts in to every creation. We highly recommend this restaurant whether you are a raw foodie or not. It is a wonderful way to be introduced to alternative gourmet cuisine that not only tastes good but that is good for you too! The menu changes daily depending on what is fresh at the local market. It generally includes a number of smoothies and juices, a choice of one soup, salad, an entree, and dessert. The prices are certainly affordable given the quality of ingredients. We will definitely be back. Hilo not only has amazing sight seeing including gorgeous waterfalls and ravines, but now a great raw vegan restaurant. Aloha Wellness Cafe is located just blocks from the quaint downtown district of Hilo, The cafe is located in the Aloha Wellness Center and Inn which evokes a homey feeling as if you are in the dining room at a good friend's house. The staff is very friendly, informative, and passionate about health in all its glorious ways.
