During my stay in Hawaii I needed WLAN and had a second german phone with me, that I couldn't get to work. Mayrhona from the AT&T store in Hilo served me extremely well and helped me a lot, even with the settings in my cell phone. After that everything worked perfectly. Thanks again, Mayrhona, for such good service!!!

My old phone fell apart and I needed a new phone. Am a current ATT customer, and ATT had the phone I wanted at a good price. Customer svc was excellent.

My att phone account was hacked and after two weeks of trying to figure it out why my phone was shut off i finally found out it was not working because it was hacked by a scammer with a fraudulent credit charge on my already-paid-up account. Why did att allow that to happen and didnʻt notify me of why my acct was off until on accident the call-center lady let it slip? So i went into this store for help.
The young local man who works at this store (with longer hair) was extremely rude to me when i was asking about moving my number to a new acct and literally yelled at me “you just came in here to ruin my day” which i did not, i just wanted to keep my number, and not be yelled at by customer service rep. - I had reason to be frustrated after two weeks of no phone and no answers.. he did not.
Anyway att lost a 20+year customer that day.

The representative was very professional & friendly. May-Rhona found us ways to save and presented options to help protect our purchases. I was extremely satisfied with the excellent customer service we received. Definitely going back to upgrade another phone.

Danielle and Alisha have been so helpful and supportive throughout the years I’ve been a customer with ATT since 2007. 15 stars to them and the team at the Downtown Hilo Store on Kilauea Avenue, Big Island. I appreciate their time, effort, and patience! They da best!!! Corporate, if you’re seeing this, please give them raises!

Great service here. Traveling and having picked up a sim from Walmart we found we had trouble getting this connected correctly. These guys even stayed late just to keep trying to get it sorted for us. Go see this team as they were great help

We are on a cruise tgat stopped in Hilo. Were having trouble with our phone. Although we arent AT&T customers, we went to your store and asked Tim for help. He was so nice and patient with us. He is an asset to your company.

May-Rhonda is the absolute BEST customer service agent. She goes above and beyond to help her customers! I just came in to get help for my AT&T app and she totally helped me figure it out AND I got a new phone and better plan! Love her!!
