The staff here are so friendly and helpful. I'm glad Hilo got this store. I will be back again because prices are reasonable and staff are super nice. Got some gifts for my loved ones.

I mean how could I not give this place a 5 star rating. Not only their selection is unique but the staff is beyond friendly and very attentive. I am not sure if you are able to take candles back on the plane but they have lots of Hawaiian scents on 3oz lotion and mist. This is a must! I totally recommend you stop by

This one star is not a knock against the staff, the products nor the outlet’s organization. This one star goes to price gouging on the hand sanitizers. My daughter wanted some hand sanitizers from bath and body, and she bought 5 for $7.00. 2 days later she wanted to get some for her friends at school cause they said they couldn’t find any due to the virus scare. This time it was 5 for $8.00. I asked why, and their reply was it’s “to limit the sales”. The sign already states 10 limit per person. Shameful!

The products are good here. However, when I visited it seemed that the staff were a bit busy with restocking, so they didn’t ask if I needed any help. As someone who was shopping for gifts, I could have used a little help.

The staff is so so friendly and helpful! Once you walk into the store the energy is very bright and welcoming. All the workers made it a point to go over and beyond to assist us. I think it was Nainoa and Shay that were the ones who were helping us. But they are awesome!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The variety of smells that they have are perfect for anyone who has a refined preference. You won't be disappointed in going here. I love it! Will defenitely go again soon.
